This bank is horrible they are thieves. They took 150 out of my account to pay a bill I owed the .That I didn't know about. They took the money out and told nobody when they did this they overdrewy account. I had scheduled bills to come out but the overdraft fees took all the money. They overdrew my account , BBT purposely overdrew my account so they could charge me fees. They got me good they are slick . There is different people working in my home branch Everytime I go in , it's like they can't keep employees, probably because they treat them the same way they treat their customers. Do not use this bank they will steal from you they are criminals!!!!!!

Every time I go there to cash a paycheck they always give me problems with it and I’ve cashed my checks for well over a year and every other branch around without issue I tried twice at this branch and they wouldn’t cash it
