Nicole C4Kerri is amazing! She’s so pleasant to work with, but also very efficient. I’d have given 5 stars except occasionally Amanda has to cover the front and she has to remind everyone that she’s “like, an actual banker” and therefore has no clue what she’s doing even though she’s been at the front every other week for the past 9 months.

Melitsa Nieves1This bank is terrible I went in there and spoke with a teller to deposit some money into a specific account and the teller deposited into the wrong account good thing I have my accounts link that I was able to transfer the money. Wasn’t ask what account I wanted it in she just assumed I wanted it into that account. So be very specific on what you want to do because this can happen to you with the simplest mistake.

Epic! Forest Destine WORLD TRAVEL Enthusiast1Always stealing your money every chance this bank can. Find a local bank. And no not because I over drafted. Online paperless fees paper fees not having enough money into account. ATM fees incredible high. This bank is evil. Like all are.

Tyler Monroe1I am slightly embarrassed to admit that I’ve banked here for years despite consistently terrible service. The employees at this location have been unfriendly and pushy consistently. The bank is small, old, and operates at a snail's pace. Sometime around 2013, this Suntrust location survived an incident where employees allegedly destroyed 28 security deposit boxes in error. The question of how this occurs at a bank could earn a place in the echelon of the classic chicken before the egg problem. The Gainesville Sun article purposes that employees destroyed the contents of many boxes although this sounds more like the plot of a B-grade heist film to me. After this monumental failure, I decided to transfer my bank account to another company. The business I work for still banks with Suntrust, so I am nevertheless occasionally visiting this location and utilizing the services provided there. After a recent high-level security breach at Suntrust combined with the poor customer service provided at Suntrust Haile Plantation, I have convinced the business I work for to transfer their accounts to another location. I hope that this review echoes far beyond a tiny parking lot, old ATM, and slow service that Suntrust has consistently provided and paints an accurate depiction of the overwhelmingly poor organization.
