  Wow Jesse with Florida Credit Union as such an amazing nice person. I have been with Florida Credit Union for about a year and I wanted to see what my chances were on a loan. I'm not quite ready for a loan yet but I did not feel rejected at all I am so glad that I met this guy he has changed my life for the better I am going to improve my life with his advice and qualify myself for credit products in the future.

  I opened an account last year after refinancing my car loan with this Credit Union, staff was amazing and extremely helpful during that process as well as issuing me my first preapproval for a mortgage (I did not end up buying a home last year). This year after fixing several issues mentioned by the amazing loan officer I spoke to last year, I call again. In short, if you apply for a mortgage loan and a Madison Karelas calls you back do yourself a favor and please ask to speak to somebody else. That is all.

  Typical non responsive Florida business. Gave them multiple chances to earn our business and after 2 months of dealing with less than polite employees and frustrating response time, we finally gave up. Called a recommended bank and they've done more in 1 day than FCU did in 2 months.

  Not sure which Gainesville location, but Madison K., with Florida credit union is amazing to work with. We reached out with a plan in mind and then in the mist of it, plans changed. She helped us with every step of trying to buy and then build a house. She kept in contact with us, and made sure every question we had was answered. Thank you Madison so much!

  Endless hold times. NO HUMANS FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES. why can't a teller, loan officer, manager, or ANY human answer the call after a few prompts? F this

  On the 01/08/22 at 1145 I went to the Florida credit Union to apply for a credit card loan and Mr. Jason who works on the Florida credit Union Gainesville branch he wasn’t professional he said he will call me in the afternoon and he never did that is not Professional on his part

  I am a Military Member and had dealt with over a dozen banks in the past 8 years. Florida Credit Union is one of the worst. I prompted for help with an existing account and was never able to get a hold of anyone for one week. I attempted to leave a call back and never received one. I called one loan department and they put me on hold. I called another and explained my situation and she cut me off and asked for my account number. The rep was rude and when I asked for a confirmation email she seemed bothered. So with the 2 people I spoke with today I have learned one thing, Florida Credit Union has reps that don’t care for customers and are the rudest of all reps that I have dealt with and provided little to no help. I would strongly advise to go with another bank that has high ratings in customer satisfaction.

  Called today to clarify some questions about my car loan and (I believe his name was Orrin) was extremely helpful & knowledgeable! I've never had an issue with Florida Credit Union.

  Best Credit Union period! Been banking with FCU going on 4yrs. Always top service at any branch but Butler is MY branch. Dyli is a teller there who always greets with an incredible smile that just so inviting! Super customer service!!
