  Denise was amazing to work with. I was a first time home buyer and she walked me through the entire process. She was quick to answer all of my questions and helped to calm any nerves I had about the financing process. I would highly recommend her.

  Everyone was friendly, helpful and made the home loan application/closing as easy as possible. Shout out to Katy for walking with us step by step to provide all the necessary steps we needed to get our loan closed on time. Marc and Christine did an excellent job providing us with great communication throughout the process. I would highly recommended them to anyone! It would have been much more stressful for us without them on our side to continually go the extra mile to make sure all bases were covered quickly and effectively. Thanks again!

I compared 10+ different lenders, and Marc's team provided me the most competitive offer (in terms of rate and preprocessing fees) and flexible locking policy, without any negotiation. In addition, they are also very responsive and transparent. I would highly recommend Marc's team, and ask them for my future mortgage without hesitation.

  I purchased my first home using a mortgage through Advisors, and recently refinanced it with them as well. Alan McGlynn, Katey Martin, and Maggie Crews provided prompt, courteous communication, clear directions, willing explanations, and helpful advice throughout the process, not to mention competitive rates. I had some inaccuracies in my credit history which affected my credit score. When my bank refused to even discuss a mortgage, Advisors was willing to dig deeper and consider manual underwriting if the credit score issue couldn't be resolved. As it turned out, that wasn't necessary, but I really appreciate their time and effort on my behalf.

  Marc and his team did a refinance for both my mom and me (and now some of my mom’s friends). Mom’s eyesight isn't the best, so Marc walked her through all of the paperwork over the phone (since we're all in quarantine). Slightly scary for her to sign a bunch of stuff she really can’t read – I’m like mom you can trust Marc, which reassured her. So she thought it was a lock on a great rate, and she was pumped about that – big saving for her and an awesome rate. Then he texts her the following Monday and says go sign the new form – I got you an even lower rate. She called me just exhilarated. I’m not sure exactly how this business works, but I know Marc’s the only one I’ve worked with who’s ever operated like that – who seems to really care and even reduce a rate when he didn’t have to. We’re grateful to have worked with Marc and the outstanding team at Advisors. Thank you!!!

  Marc Spiwak & his team at Advisors Mortgage Group were awesome!!! I struggled with a previous lender trying to re-fi our loan. We spent 3 months on it and did not get approved. I was very frustrated. A friend referred me to Marc. When I reached out to him, he did more for us in a matter of minutes, than the previous lender did in those 3 months. He gave us & our loan, the proper attention that we needed. He locked in a very low interest rate, got our loan approved and we closed within 2 months. Marc & his team at Advisors Mortgage Group are on top of their game. They made everything easy & smooth. I highly recommend them!!!
