Chris Hollinshead5The customer service I received in this loan process, and the two before it, have cemented my loyalty to this credit union. I cannot imagine banking anywhere else. The first loan I took with Radiant showed me that I made a good decision, and it continues to amaze me that every time I call to speak with a representative, it seems like I am talking to a friend. This organization makes you feel like family, not a number. Not to mention their rates… I cannot say enough. I am so impressed, and I rarely give rave reviews. This organization deserves them.

George Landon Stone5I have been with Radiant for over 9 years even after changing the name from SunState to Radiant. Very professional service by the tellers and other staff. Management has gone above expectations to see my needs have been met. I recently even opened a Visa card too at 4.9% and was very appreciative. Hats off to a great Bank !!!!

D M1The ABSOLUTE WORST experience with any bank. I had a loan with Radiant Credit Union for several years and had so many issues ranging from when they had auto pay through their website, it didn't work (they later shared they had several complaints and issues with it not working) and still charged a late fee..and recently I paid off my loan and was charged a few dollars, which they don't know why, didn't receive a bill and it was paid off, then charged 4 times the amount in late fees when a billed finally showed up in the mail and the manager WOULD NOT waive the late fee. So glad I no longer bank with them!
