  Because we have been members for 30 years, we have had many positive experiences, but my interaction today with Assistant Manager Ariana Jones was exceptional! She epitomizes the best and brightest of the credit union! She is also a wonderful human being! She deserves the credit union's highest recognition for customer service!

  I've had my account for years and I am so happy with my experiences here at the Tower Rd branch. Today, I had an excellent banker named Fei who was so courteous, kind, and professional. I accidently overdraft which hardly ever happens to me, and he was so understanding, and helped reverse the charge. I've never had a bad experience dealing with them.

  I would like to highly recommend Ariana @ Tower Rd for your banking needs. She went above and beyond and was extremely patient with my situation. This is the first in a long time I came across a employee so, helpful and the most positive. Thank you!!!

  FEES, FEES, And more FEES. Want overdraft protection? $8.00 every time. Don’t sign up for paperless statements, $3.00. I was called into the Tower rd branch 3 times for photo copies of my drivers license to be taken. I can do that with my phone! And successfully the first time. I requested overdraft protection as a requirement for opening the account. Deposited $11,000 and wrote 2 checks 3 weeks later for approximately $4,000. Both bounced. Was charged $35.00 a piece for both returned checks. Customer service was nice. Refunded my returned check fees and fixed the overdraft problem. You can find a much better credit union than CAMPUS! Look into SUN COAST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. NO hidden fees and charges. And I have found them to be very competent.

  We love their newer location at the corner of Tower Rd and Archer Rd. There's never a wait and they are always helpful!

  Just left the New Campus USA Credit Union branch off Tower Rd. It is an awesome place! Anton went out of their way to help me with what I needed. By helping me, Anton helped my 76 year old father with his new passion. Thank You again, People like you is why I’ve been a member for 30 years

  Antriel at the Archer and 75th location is an amazing example of what a great teller must be. She was engaging, knowledgeable, informed and enthusiastically energetic in such a way that any member would immediately be inspired to allow her to assist with multiple transactions if need be.   I was a wreck dealing with financial chaos from a messy divorce. I have been using Campus USA since the early 90's so when my lawyer suggested I speak with my bank for some help I went to my nearest branch, Tower road. I spoke with a man there named Tristen. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from him. He helped me consolidate credit cards to lower interest options and gave me really good suggestions on how to get back to financial stability. It was a humongous amount of help. He really went above and beyond and I left feeling more in control of my very dismal situation. I still check back in to Tower Road Campus to make sure I'm on track with solid financial goals and planning. I am now utilizing more services offered by Campus USA Credit then I had previously and I am very happy with facility and employees, in particular Mr. Tristen. Thanks

  Tristan Robinson in Member Svcs was very helpful to resolve an issue in my ability to log in on-line. He also shared information and answered questions in regards to the financing of a new used car. He was personable, professional, and a credit to Campus USA. He will continue to be my contact in the future.

  Very friendly staff, fast service with a private and safe feeling environment. They seem honest and are willing to help in any situation to get you the best possible outcome. Hands down much better credit union than SunstateFCU.They do not push unnecessary fees on you and are always easy to talk to. I highly recommend banking here and I am very critical of banking institutions myself. University of Florida employees\students have an extension right in the health center and ATM. No cashier check fees or ATM fees. A+
