  Pulled up to the window, passed my deposit through, then the woman that took it just left and somebody else came back ten minutes later to finish the deposit. I have to deposit here every week, there is no way to move this slowly unless it is willful.

  Today I tried to go through the drive through to deposit money into my account. I arrived at 4:15pm and was behind only two cars. Fast forward an hour later and i'm still waiting behind the last car waiting to be served. A Jeep that arrives just after 5pm pulls into the right lane and gets served despite not being in line before 5. So I decide to pull into the right lane since the car in front of me was being served for about 30-45 mins at that point. I was greeted by a lady named Serena, she told me they've been closed for 15 minutes. I then explained that I had been in line for an hour(which she didn't believe). I also noted that the other car she just helped showed up after 5 and she still assisted them. I could tell from her tone she felt her time was more important then mine. She had nothing to say about the hour I just waited for only two customers in front of me to be served.

  The drive through takes wayyyy too long. I sat for over 40 minutes. It’s is a really frustrating experience and not the first time it too this long. I am going to be changing banks soon.

  Extremely long wait.. Found the employee Donna very disrespectful and rude. When I questioned her about the wait and issue with my account, she would not give me proper feed back and proceeded to turn off drive through camera.. Ask for manager to call me immediately and he did not respond. Customer service skills needs improvement.

  Every one is doing the best they can is this time. Lines are long, but the customer service is still nice and professional. The world did not ask for this pandemic, so every one need to relax and have some patience.

  Always a line. And never more than 2 tellers 1 of whom who is also managing the drive thru. Takes 20 minutes of waiting to make a simple deposit.

  This is the slowest bank i have ever been too!! In the past month i have used this bank 3 times. Twice in the lobby and once in the drive through. Each time they have 2-3 people working and it still takes 10-15 mins.

  Typically great customer service but the one person who took my call belittled me for asking a valid question instead of explaining it. I'm sixteen so I dont know very much about banking, as I've had this account for less than two months, so I feel maybe he should've been more patient and less flat out rude.

  This bank was bad but over the past couple of years it has gotten way better and faster. Honestly some of the best customer service i have had with a bank.
