  Village Bank employees have been such a blessing to work with! I have banked with Village for many years and feel like family when I walk in the branch.   I have banked with Village Bank since it Merged with River City. We have multiple Accounts with Village Bank (Checking, Money Market, IRA & 2 Kids accounts). It’s easy to Transfer Money between the accounts and use the app to view all accounts. Anytime we have had any questions we have been pleased with the response. We love going to visit the Mechanicsville Branch and Amanda, Jenny, Carol & Leisa. Also, it's great seeing the employees out participating in Local events.

  Our company has been dealing with this Village Bank (this branch) for a number of years now and I can’t tell you how pleased we’ve been with every area of their service. From commercial mortgage through checking and even card processing- they’re always on top of everything and extremely courteous! I personally have always been happy with Village in my own transactions, but the commercial side of their business, and this branch, are terrific!

  I absolutely love this branch! Everytime I go in there all tellers greet and even know my name. They even know my daughter's name and know which lollipop flavor she likes. If I have questions or need anything I never feel I bother them. It is a great place to bank!

  I've been to this location a few times and each time it has been a disappointment. I have been a member of village bank for over 10 years and this location is nothing like the other locations. The last two times I visited I have been treated like an idiot and then passed off and told I'd have to wait an undetermined amount of time to have a card reissued. I explained I was in lunch break and had a tight schedule but one of the two employees was leaving so I was told to "wait" with no time frame. If you use village bank I suggest you avoid this location.

  This Branch is how banking is supposed to be! The entire staff is very friendly, patient, helpful and all with a welcoming smile. I have been doing business at this branch from the start both corporate and personal level. Highly recommend doing business here.
