  We recently acquired a personal loan. Pam at this location was very helpful and informative. The process was quick as long you have all your documents that are needed. We were approved and had our loan in hand within days.

  The entire process was quick and thorough. Due to COVID everything was completed virtually which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use OneMain Financial again.

  Do not trust this place! Thieves and downright liars. This company is corrupt and should be investigated. Anyone out there know a good lawyer to sue this place?

  Young lady that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful to a loyal customer. Do not know where she received a degree in customer service. This was the worst experience that I have had since being with One Main Financial. Guess a name change isn't always a good thing.

  The absolute worse customer service! The manager Elvis does not explain anything fully when asked and has a major attitude. Not to mention when you call no one answers the phone you have to leave a message.
