Nicole Cicero1Came here to cash a check from my job and the very rude lady (young one)asked for my id and a debit card with my name on it cause I didn’t have a account. Last time I check no banks that o have ever been to asked for that. Then was told to come inside to cash it. Like what is the difference. I canceled my debit she took and husband filed a complaint with corporate. And if it comes down to it I’ll be calling neither local PD or state police in this matter. No bank should ask for a debit or credit card to verify your ID. If this is policy for this bank well no wonder they have law suits against them. Don’t they understand about theft via debit/credit cards. Smh.

Jimmy Doss3Nice people..But has to be the slowest drive through ever...1person doing drivethrough..8-9 cars in line, 2 lanes open..Really? I was 1st at 2nd open lane, and a guy in 1st lane. WE BOTH sat for i know 10-12 mins. no excuse in that...If you dont have help, dont open !! And i went a month or so ago and asked for my id, when i was depositing a check.Gave her debt card and ck. Wouldnt do it until I would show my Id .What do yall think? Somone besides me gonna have MY CARD, AND A CHECK MADE OUT TO ME, and deposit in my account? Really? Customer service sucks .

Stephen Bahen1My wife called during the week to confirm that this location accepts walk-ins on Saturdays b/c many branches do not. Were were told YES, this branch does take walk-ins. We arrived on Saturday 5/22/2021 at 10:15am to set up a new checking account for our teenage son. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the bank lobby and we were the ONLY customers inside. Yes there was activity at the drive-thru, but there were 2 tellers working the drive-thru and 1 teller at the counter serving no one and one supervisor on duty THAT REFUSED TO HELP US. She stated she was understaffed and that she was busy with appointments. I looked around at several empty offices and an empty lobby. We told this supervisor that we were told walk-ins were accepted, but she said it wouldn't be possible to see us b/c she had to be present to support her tellers. When I pressed the supervisor about WHY she couldn't help us when NO customers were present, she politely said there is a lot of work behind the scenes that take place that doesn't involve customers. She wouldn't budge. Made NO EFFORT to meet with us. It's been over 24 hours since this happened and I'm still furious. We've been banking with WF since they took over Wachovia, have multiple accounts, a line of credit and credit cards. I'm looking at Credit Unions this week. If you want more details I have them. None1For second time tried to open a banking account, useless people working here with no purpose. Not interested in waiting 5 hours to be seen or helped.

Mike Thompson1Called the location a day before to stop in and pick up a cashiers check at a certain time the next morning, when arrived at location the guy at the door said they had someone inside already getting a cashiers check and might take awhile, i said i can wait and he told me i should just go away and come back later! WHAT!?!? Disgraceful! I’m a long time customer but currently looking for a new bank.
