Erin Miller1Terrible customer service. They don’t care and gave me incorrect information about my business account, which resulted in bank fees. I called customer service to request a refund and after almost 45 minutes was told I have to back to the branch to request a refund. The phone rep refused to let me speak with someone above her and when I told her how displeased I have been with the entire experience, she hung up on me. I will be going into the branch to get a refund and will be moving my accounts.

Haley Lenderman1Dead Pan Christine , a teller gave me the wrong information about my account resulting in sending me away without making my large deposit. No sorry I can’t help you, nothing. Just stared at me after she stated “the rules”. Not the first complaint I’ve had about obnoxious control freak employees

Ingrid Lora1I went to this bank for the first time to make a deposit, 2,450 cash on my business account, I had counted the money before making the deposit, I gave the money to one of the banker to make the deposit and then she gave me a receipt that I only given to her 1,650 and I told that she was wrong with the amount the I give to her , that she have to counted the money again and she said that was the amount that I given her. I am used to making cash deposit from my business account for more than 5 years and something like this has never happened to me, the banker looked like she no has experience. I recommend counting your money in front of any of the bankers before making your deposit. Very bad experience and frustration

michael miller1Having been with suntrust for over 6 years 6 years I have to say that this is the absolute worst bank I have ever now been forced to deal with as having been a client of the previous bank, As a personal and business client I am thoroughly thoroughly dissatisfied with every aspect of the aspect of how those bank now operates and and completely intend to relocate all of my funds to my other institutions institutions including my business account, I would absolutely not recommend this bank to anyone, Although the individuals within this specific branch aranch are kind people who attend to be as helpful as possible clearly the bank itself is now operated with a extreme degree of incompetence.

Paul G.C.5I've never had a problem at this branch. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. I'm sure everyone has a bad day from time to time. However, I've never had a bad experience at any BBT branch, especially Clayton. And the tellers here are very knowledgeable, I know from a SC HOA that was processed through the bank. The head teller knew all about the process.

Amy Peterson5I believe the people with the bad reviews have forgot the bank isn't open to customers. The lines are going to be a little longer maybe you should plan on a little extra time because of that. All the employees at this branch are great and the Manager is by far the nicest most knowledgeable bank manager I have ever meet. Times are hard for everyone right now show a little compassion for the people that are there helping you....

michael clayton5We have been banking here three years now.The manager, associates and tellers have always been professional, courteous and helpful. I closed my account at a competing bank and moved my funds here due to the friendliness of the staff. We have never once encountered a problem. I would recommend this bank anyone else new to Clayton.

Raful Brito1Tellers are extremely rude and short with their customers. Tried to do business with an older lady named Teresa, I believe, and it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. I will think twice before doing business here again.

Sonnie Rochelle1If you really want top notch lousy service, deal with the branch manager. I think, but not sure, his name is Gorg. Wish I could give him negative stars. The issue was about having a credit card renewal sent to me. I went to the branch manager at another location and the issue was resolved immediately. I owe BBT nothing and have a credit score of about 830 according to their records. The service given by the second manager is the reason I did not close all of my accounts and I have been with them for over 40 yrs.

Ruth Nave3Surpassed by the little Four Oaks branch in downtown Clayton every time, but not as awful as First Citizens. Employees seem cool and efficient, which lacks the comfort of Southerness. My second favorite place to bank. Not much going on for the small investor or saver. No Saturday hours in total disregard of Clayton's growth.
