G. Thomas Hedlund1I wish I could give ZERO stars. I really do. Deposit a check, told because of the amount there would be a standard hold. Handed a receipt detailing that the money would be available on a certain date. Date comes and goes. Nothing. Now I'm told it'll be ANOTHER week. Why tell people one thing and not THE TRUTH?? I have bills to pay. That's my security deposit refund I fought over a MONTH TO GET because the management company dragged its feet. Now I get to incur more late fees because your bank doesn't care. Thanks a ton! As to your 'response,' what difference is it going to make? Already been down the online chat and call center with the 800-number. Your company DOES NOT CARE! I won't waste anymore of my time on this. Just know that when you hand someone a detailed itinerary of when their funds WILL BE available, but then after that date has passed and they're told they'll be waiting ANOTHER WEEK ... that is just plain wrong!

Luna Montero1The man at the front had “check us in” to see one of the woman there could help me order checks but while I was waiting ,another customer came in asking to make a bank account and the woman at the far end office took her in. I approached her office to see what was going on cause She clearly saw me waiting for some time but she “ explained” her self by saying “I’m just making her an appointment “! So not right because I was waiting and this lady just comes in and takes her in to make an appointment and makes us wait!

Samantha Vater1Went here to cash a check so that I was able to pay my mortgage this month. I go through the drive-through and told I need to come inside since I do not have an account, as I walk inside the lady behind the counter Patricia that was helping me kindly told the customer she was with to give her one moment so she could finish assisting me since I just came from the drive-through. Holly proceeded to turn around and give her a nasty look and tell her that she was not to stop what she was doing and help me because I was not a customer, I did not have an account with Bank Of America. Once Patricia finished helping the customer she helped me, she needed an override to be able to give me my cash and the manager Holly purposely ignored her and refused to come and give her the override. She didn’t say “give me one moment, I’ll be right there” or anything for that matter. She proceeded to ignore her and walk into the back room. I think this is extremely unprofessional for a manager. I work in retail and customer service. That is unacceptable for a manager. Patricia was great in trying to help me today but because of management I will never be back to this location.

Veronica Franks4Update:. I stopped back in today and was able to get both accounts opened for my daughters. Today was a much better experience than yesterday. I am changing from 1 star to 4 because my experience today went well. Former Review: I went to the Bank about a week ago and asked what I need to bring in to open accounts for my daughters. I brought everything they told me to. When I got in today the woman told me I had to make an appointment but not always. I am beyond frustrated that these people wasted my time. So do I schedule an appointment? Or am I supposed to come back again tomorrow and hope you can open the accounts. Definitely don't recommend.

None Listed1If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been a BOA customer for years and needed a bank certified check. I went in, totally understaffed, waited forever on a Friday before what would should be the rush hour, and was told I had to pay a $15 fee. A $15 fee to get a simple check from my money which they make money upon for me as a customer. Manager should be canned as I didn't have this experience at other branches.

Jason Wayman1I am getting so mad! My exchange student is trying to open an account here. We went in on Monday no one is there to do it oh and the apointment site is not working they say so they take our information down. No one calls so i start calling 2 days later and emailing. It is now 5 days later no response the online appointment maker is still not working, no one ever answers the phones. Seriously this is ridiculous.

michael clayton5Two months ago my mortgage was transferred to B. of A.. I met with Lara to discuss details and later met with Holly to arrange auto-withdrawal. Both ladies were very helpful and professional. I did not experience any problems.I did have to wait a few minutes as this branch has a great deal of traffic. I believe that some of the dissatisfaction expressed by others may be due to B. of A. short-staffing this location.The staff, including the tellers, all appeared to be continually multi-tasking. I would recommend avoiding the high volume times. B.of A. management needs to step up and add more associates to serve the waiting customers.That's why I choose auto-withdrawal. Once a month I go to the drive-up window and I'm done!

Jerimiah Foy1Did someone write you a check from BofA and you want to cash it @ BofA? Sorry about your luck! Drive-thru cashier refused to cash check written to me. No explanation given other than it was too much (check for about the amount of a new non-zero turn mower from Lowes). Asked if I should go back and have multiple checks written to make them feel better. Got nothing but blank stares back. No help, no solutions offered. Drove from Greenville since the locations there were closed. Cashier argued with me about them being closed until I proved it with my phone then she says "OOOHHHHHH, there only temporarily closed!". WHAT DO I CARE! Any kind of closed is closed for me! What do you expect from a bank that is "of America" but owned by China (google it).

Desert Rat2This is quite possibly the worst bank I have ever been to. I visit this branch because of work, and there is ALWAYS a wait. There is typically only one teller serving customers AND the drive thru. Never a smile from the teller to make you feel welcome. They are efficient enough, but the attitude and long wait times make me grateful that I don't do my personal banking with BOA.
