  I have been coming to this bank since 2014 and I absolutely love it. They have exceptional service and always have the right solution for my issues. Wendy is particularly friendly and is always in a contagiously happy and friendly mood! I don’t submit many online reviews, but this bank and it’s employees deserve this praise and support because they truly are a five star service!

  No matter what you are looking for in a bank, First Federal offers the perfect fit. They provide complete financial services. You get an individual experience that the big banks couldn't possibly deliver. I call the number on my card for help and I get a bank employee whom usually recognizes my voice rather than a stranger from some far away call center. I look forward to banking with them now into the future.

  Great community bank with a family feel. All the issues that one might encounter at a mega bank are solved right here. Personalized service, actual person based lending, easy after hours secure drop are all services I rely on for my business.

  This is actually a Home town bank! They are always friendly and helpful. I will actually walk into the bank instead of the drive thru just to say hello! I recommend this bank to all of my family and friends!

  After dealing with many big banks that want a photo I.d. ever time you walk in a bank and not to say there expensive bank fees we found a local bank that has real local nice people!
