  2nd time buying a house through Mr. Joe Spell and his team at Cornerstone and couldn't be more pleased with how it went. Like the first time, Mr. Spell was notch with the whole process and was great at explaining all the processes every step of the way. Most definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a home loan

  I thought going through the process of getting a home loan was going to be uncomfortable, and stressful; because that was the experience of most people I know who have purchased homes. However, Cornerstone Home Lending treated me with care. Any obstacles that surfaced due to my credit history, etc., they informed me they had everything under control and to my pleasure things went smoothly. Cathy Stubbs took great care of my business. I'm recommending everyone I know to use Cornerstone, and I advise you to do the same.

  Cathy and Jessica were AWESOME. Cathy answered any questions that I had no matter the time of day. She checked in the day of closing and afterwards to make sure I did not have any issues. I would recommend them over and over again. I have bought a house before but no caring team like this team.

  Highly recommend the Spell Team with Cornerstone. We had all but given up purchasing a home, but with a simple call to Tiffany and Joe, they had us approved. The entire team kept constant contact and kept us up to date with each step of the process. They answered all questions and had us closed with no delays.

  Joseph Spell and his team were absolutely amazing from the moment we were introduced. Joseph was very direct with information which made my entire home buying process feel completely at ease.   Cathy and her team went above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING was ready for my closing date. We closed on the date they set it for and because they worked diligently to make sure we had everything we needed the closing process went very smooth and very quickly!
