Tracy Pinkard5Excellent experience at this branch! Ms. Frederick and Ms. Wilmoth were both extremely helpful, courteous, and professional as was everyone else! I definitely look forward to working with them in the future.

Hannah Shadwick1I banked with this company for less than a year and all I have to say is these people are nothing but a bunch of crooks I closed out my accounts months ago and all of a sudden got a statement saying that I have a balance I owe of almost 400 dollars and turns out they never closed my accounts but let them drop to negatives so I owed them more money I’m considering a lawyer since they said they won’t close the accounts until I pay them the money again that I’ve already paid

Hannah Shadwick1Banked with them for less than a year non stop problems charged me with over draft fees when my account wasn’t even in the negatives when I went to go close my account they said it would be closed at midnight a few weeks later I get emails saying I owed them almost four hundred dollars and my other accounts had over draft fees I called their fraud line and they said there was activity on my accounts when I went back they acted dumbfounded and said I never paid for my credit card and they still refuse to close my account needless to say I’m contacting a lawyer

Bailey Lisa1This is the worse bank you can go to. The Zelle is terrible and the customer service is not good at all. Please take your money somewhere else.

Alyssa Robinson1Never had a problem with a branch until I came here. Over an hour wait time, only two workers because apparently the whole team has covid. If that's true, you shouldn't even be open. The branch manager is nice enough but you really should be behind the counter helping, not walking the line saying someone will help us all shortly, you're right there, there's an open teller station. It shouldn't be that hard.

Alan Parmer4Good service. Good location. Very sparse, open and airy.

Nick C5The staff at this location are always very friendly, sometimes getting deposits takes some time, however, they are busy and so I really can not complain about that because they are sitting in the middle of a business section of town. Although it does sometimes seem the manager is always behind the counter or glad to tell you they will be right with you, but never seems to hop in and try to help. I will cut her some slack because she very well might be doing something important to the operations of a bank. However, sometimes you do need to hop in and get the customers out the door first. It might be a bank, but the customer service sector can not be overlooked at a bank. However it is an overall good bank.

Ashley Newberry2Always loved Suntrust but try to avoid this branch, the lady that works the drive through is nice but not fast. She also doesn't seem to read deposit slips and even though I listed cash, she deposited as cash, I have been on hold for over 20 mins trying to fix the issue. Come on Suntrust!

LeeAnn Sand1After the merge, Suntrust doesn’t doesn’t care about their banking customers. After 15 years, we’re taking our business elsewhere.

Kurt Painter1They wanted to charge 4% to cash a small check. That's as much or more than the predatory check cashing stores. I would never place my personal or business accounts here. There are plenty of other banking options nearby that don't punish you because you don't bank with them.
