  This is a great credit union for the most part, but they have a TERRIBLE technology/systems team. Anytime they do any updates to their online systems most members completely lose access to their accounts and then all of us have to spend so much time on hold to get someone to fix the account. This should not be happening, especially not more than once. They need to get rid of whoever is responsible for this and get a new team on it who can actually accomplish a systems update without almost everyone losing access to their accounts.

  If you were smart! You will withdraw all your money, Close your account and find a financial institution that actually values their customers and views us as individual people. Not just numbers. TVFCU has lost the Human aspect.

  The tellers reject checks being deposited over bent paper or ink smudge. I quote the teller, (we can read it its just bent). I have 3 checking accounts 2 savings accounts and 2 auto loans. I had to get a customer to rewrite a check due to a smudge. The check amount exceeded the mobile deposit limit so I had to go inside. It got rejected again. They treat me like a bank robber. I have been with them since they started. Currently seeking a new bank.

  I have been a customer with TVFCU for years and was very happy. With the advent of the ITM service it has made me think of changing to another banking business. Banking is a service industry and with the ITMs there is no service. I have to go inside because of difficulty reaching the machines and not wanting to see my money go blowing across the parking lot. Even inside it about ordering at McDonalds drive in.

  I have a business account here. Today is Saturday and shows they close at 1pm. Its currently 11:55. I waited in the ATM line for 45 minutes just to be told I can't get a certified check and I can't pull out the funds I need. I call in and get told that I can actually pull out $4500 but not 5k. On weekends and said I would need to wait in line again to talk to another line agent. If you're going to support businesses, you need to staff more people and train them. I'm not waiting in line for another 45 minutes again. The line is literally around the building to the road. Unbelievable!!

  Good customer service from my experience. Convenient drive through kiosks open until 7pm, except I think closed on Sunday. Transferring money takes a very long time though. Same with direct deposits. People who want to see their money on their pay day, probably won't. Mine comes through the day after, but this isn't my primary bank so I'm not worried about that. I can see how others would be upset over this though.

  In the last 7 years or so my acct was hacked twice & fraudulent charges were processed thru my acct about a year apart. Both times fraud services were quick to say we tried to call you. Yet there was no evidence whatsoever of any missed calls or messages. I was put thru the aggravation of sorting thru transactions & determining which were valid & which were fraudulent. Then I had to obtain a new debit card in person. The 3rd time I thought my acct was hacked turned out to be tvfcu locking me out of my own acct over a $300 charge. I was attempting to pay for services that were just completed. I was told $300 was beyond my average transaction amount in spite of the fact that purchases of up to $900 have been processed without a hitch. Today i tried to stop payment on an unauthorized charge that's pending to my acct. Customer service made it painfully clear they wouldn't do a thing claiming this company was authorized & this company was the only one that could stop the charge from going thru my acct. I've been instructed to allow the money to be taken from my acct leaving me with practically nothing until the end of this week. Then I can contact fraud services after tvfcu collects overdraft fees I'm sure. Tvfcu is absolutely disgraceful & untrustworthy.

  We really like our credit union for most banking needs, especially the drive through teller! We make deposits, withdrawals, and payments as well!

  Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I've been with TVFCU for over 5 years but today I've had enough. The banker wont even look at me when speaking. Completely unwilling to help or even discuss options. Every staff members has their own set of rules. Tried of being drug through hell by these "bankers"

  I DO NOT recommend this bank! Even if you DO NOT have overdraft, they will attempt to overdraft your account anyways. And even thought they DONT pay that bill and DONT overdraft your account, they will STILL charge you a $34.00 overdraft fee! Worst of all if you ask to speak to someone higher up Shaylynn from the call center and everyone else will inform you that their high up people arent going to return your phone calls anyways.
