      Worst bank to open account in! Think twice before you decide to open it! Checks always deposit to account with delay. App is horrible and glitching often. Once i couldn’t deposit paycheck through app because it was glitching and kept saying “request can’t be fulfill now”. So i went to drive through. And guess what? Check deposited twice! Through app and drive through. I called to assistant and after 30! waiting her while she was figuring out what to do she told me just to wait and it should clear out by itself. And it did, but i was charged 15$ for double depositing! Also i have had multiple when they delayed depositing my check for 10-15 days without explaining reason! Once it happened before my rent was coming and i had to loan money to pay for rent while my paycheck was on hold! People beware! Find more reliable bank!

      Came to the bank for my job and never had a teller in drive through tell me they don’t give change back to business accounts.

      Terrible experiences almost every time I visit. This time the boy & girl at the drive-thru were too busy engaging in conversation, which made a few people get out of line. The boy at the window gave me my cash, then made me give it back and told me there was a hold on my account, which makes zero sense, and he told me to just go to another Regions. Went thru the ATM and got cash out with no problem, but couldn't withdraw enough for the bill I had to pay, making it late. Definitely changing banks after this customer service. Thanks for nothing.

      I do not bank here and very glad i don't. But every now and then, I go there to deposit money for others. Never has staff greeted people walking in, told us which line to wait or that they'd be with us shortly. Just ignore for several minutes...while more people come in unsure of how many lines there are and if they should be waiting for banker or teller. Horrible service...

      3pm appointment. Got there on time. Doors locked. Knocked on the door and I can see a guy on the left sitting at a desk and when I knocked he just looked at me then went back to whatever he was doing on his computer. No we’ll be right there or please wait. Waited outside for 15 minutes on a real hot day. Knocked and knocked and they didn’t even acknowledge. So here’s the finger to regions bank. Taking my business elsewhere.

      By far the slowest drive thru in town, it's been terrible the last 3 times. We're seriously considering changing banks just because of this. Been here almost 15 minutes now...

      Sat in drive through for 30+ mins. They either need to hire more people or not open more lanes then they have people to run them. Slowest regions I've ever been too.

      Okay, the three women I interacted with at this branch were stellar. The first two were tellers, younger women one black, one white and they were so helpful and kind. The third I remember her name because she helped me with a wire transfer and all the pieces fell into place, on a Saturday of all days. So thank you to Brittney & the two tellers for being so helpful and professional!

      Charging Fees to cash a check written on Regions Bank is ludicrous. Teller and Manager were very rude, and they want you to come inside instead of the drive through wasting more of your time. BOYCOTT FEES. If enough people move to banks without these policies, then the costs will go away. It is just another way to squeeze money from people. A bank should honor a check written on their accounts regardless. The bank should be required to state this policy on their checks. One can then choose to not except a check drawn on Regions Bank.

      Went into this bank with my wife... It was cold & we had our hair covered... We came into the back with our check that the government had given us that day in the mail went straight 2 the bank... While we were there 4 over an hour nobody tried 2 help us they asked us did we ever use this check before (because we were black)... Others came in there with large checks & it was deposited & even cashed but with us even though the check came from the government they placed the check on hold... Been on hold 4 a week now... Saying they got 2 verify that the check came from the government even though the teller said that they have received checks like this before duh it came from the government.. Was very unprofessional at this gunbarrel location
