      Wow. Never banked somewhere so terrible. The banking activity is fraudulent and plays against you to create excessive overdraft fees.. administrative holds randomly on checks so then when transaction post, sometimes days later even tho they are debit purchases. Balance will show available balance when the balance is actually not available. This is the only bank other than TD Bank (also garbage) that I've used in my life that does this. It's nothing other than fraud. Also, at this branch you have a bunch of mongoloids who never know anything. I also have been given problems on multiple occasions trying to withdrawal MY MONEY because they are too stupid to do their job and have all the stuff they need on file. Don't bank here, I'm hoping for a closure. Straight trash.

      This bank doesn't care about you or your family. You have to "have an account" to get a roll of quarters or cash a check. Regions bank is amazing though. Very friendly amd willing to help not members. Look at how many cars are. In the drive through at SunTrust compared to Regions. My family who banks at SunTrust are now switching out of there. 2 of them to Chime(mobile bank which is amazing) and the other 3 to Regions.

      Suzanne wouldn't cash my check because She said my mask wasn't up above my nose but yet neither was her mask nor the teller next to her!!! and SUZZANE refused to provide me any service and I asked for her manager (I think was AMANDA) and she was absolutely wonderful and politely cashed my check without any issues and I would like to say THANK YOU TO AMANDA( Forgive me if I'm wrong on the name) but as for SUZZANE I really Hope you get better people skills And become A positive employee And not so much disrespect and negativity, Not only for your sake but for the sake of the company supposed to be a role model for the Company fine but I would think if I was in the wrong that your manager would not have serviced me either.

      While I am on the fence about the overall rating for this particular branch location, I am not on the fence about my personal experience with one particular teller by the name of Suzanne. The other staff, such as the tellers, has always been a pleasant experience for me. However, the same cannot be said for Suzanne. I don't typically write reviews, but I feel the customer service...or lack of, I should say, is weighing heavy on my decision to possibly switch banks. She is loud, rude, and in my opinion, not very educated in her area of work, as one should be. The few times I have been into the branch, I have noticed her negative, nasty attitude and demeanor towards other customers and even at times, her co-workers. I also, on one occasion, overheard her talking to someone at her window, very poorly about one of her customers who has just left the building. Not only did I hear the degrading, and in my eyes, discriminatory comments, but as did the two other customers in the lobby.The level of professionalism on her end, is horrendous. If that corporation offers trainings on how to treat people, she would be at the top of my list of employees to send. I give this branch 1 star out of 5. This decision is based solely off my many horrible experiences with Suzanne. If she was not in the picture, this branch would easily get 5 out of 5 stars. It's amazing how one rotten apple, can potentially spoil the entire batch.

      Bad attitudes.. never helpful.. rarely have customers when I am here, however it still takes forever to get service! My business uses this banking institution, If I it were up to me we would switch to a financial institution with better customer service standards. The teller actually rolled her eyes at me when I pushed the call button in drive thru. Find another bank is my suggestion to anyone looking to use SunTrust !

      Never a good experience. I'm here once a month to pay a bill. I write the account number on the check and I send it through the chute. Then they clueless ask what I want to do with it. Um....deposit it. Then they send me BACK the check, and a deposit slip, and a pen. Really? 1. The deposit slip should have been in the tube upon arrival, then I would have filled it out and they wouldn't even question what I needed to do. OR...write the number on the deposit ticket for me. (hint...empty parking lot, only person in drive thru). If I was a bank that didn't care about growing the business, this is how I would respond to non-members. Poor member recruitment. Seriously, 12 opportunities a year to 'wow' a potential new customer.

      Save yourself and go somewhere else ! Recently we had an issue with fraud and reported it which they reversed the charges, closed original account and opened a new account to find out two weeks later they charged our new account the same fraudulent charge ! Thier "fraud department" said they tried to contact us which phone records proved was a lie so SunTrusts excuse was "well you did business with them before". Save yourself the stress which is now causing my health issues, GO somewhere else ! !
