Katarina Ramos1Don’t waste your time banking here, they have closed all branches except one. I had to deposit a check that was written to my father so I had to come in person. The line will always be over an hour wait in line with more then a 100 cars all waiting. A bank worker came out and told us to go into another line. We then watched the car that was behind us in the first line pass us by as we waited in line for TWO hours! This bank care about customer service at all and I will be switching to a more professional bank after COVID-19.
Response from the ownerHi Katarina, our branch lobbies are closed due to the national pandemic, and with our lobbies being closed our drive-thru is experiencing longer than usual wait times. We do apologize for this inconvenience. We do offer many mobile offerings that allows you to bank without having to come to a branch including depositing a check via our mobile app.

Chawanda Richardson2This bank used to be worth banking. That was 15 years ago too. Lately, there have been more petty, mundane issues that has me second guessing why I still bank here. The hours are not resourceful. Locations are slim. E-mobile banking has different rules for each family member. Some departments don't work on weekends. My financial life doesn't stop on the weekends; it's not 9-5, Monday-Friday. Customer service only knows basic answers. No more holiday loans because unsecured bankers can't balance their check books. Now everyone else has to pay for those bad habits. I could go on...I'm seriously ready to cut the umbilical cord and take my family banking elsewhere.

Jay Jack1Wish I didn’t had to give them no stars. Worst credit Union ever they can’t even get it right to send me a new credit because my old one was expired. I closed my account off and trying to make payments and they can’t take my payment over the phone. I have to now go and drive 2 hrs away to stop by a branch to make a payment.
Response from the ownerHi Jay Jack, would you be able to send us a message with the best number to contact you so we can have a representative reach out to you?

Janine1Has to be the worst bank to ever deal with, as this is my primary bank, big mistake. About a month ago I need to cancel my card for fraudulent transactions and get a new one ,which they never ordered . After 10 business days I finally got someone to ship me a card. Three days after I revieved my card , they shut my card down without notice or communication on a SUNDAY, for susposed fraudulent transactions that were valid . I will be moving my funds to a better bank.

Susan Kimble1Originally signed up for a savings account . This has been anything but . When signing up I was told to avoid a monthly charge to make 5 purchases a month using the debit card like a credit card . I have done this and still am charged . Then charged an overdraft because they charge this fee . When you call you spend hours on the phone repeatedly telling people all your personal information only to be told you are talking to the wrong department. Because the call is rerouted there even though you call the right number and push the right buttons . This company is poorly run . I would not recommend this bank to any one !
Response from the ownerHi Susan, I'm sorry to hear you had this negative experience. We have changed our Relationship Rewards program so you should not be receiving a monthly charge if you complete the 5 monthly purchases with your debit card. We would love to talk to you to discuss the issues you are having. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or send us a private message with the best number to contact you and someone will reach out to you shortly.

Tomas Kuli1Horrible. I decided to open an IRA to hold some money I had elsewhere while the market settled down. After 20 minutes to be seen, I saw a loan officer. She was nice, but after typing everything in her computer, it all went missing and I had to complete an application. She gave me a form to give to my financial institution. I called that institution and they wanted to know why I was doing this myself as the bank requesting the transfer should be sending them the documents. I went back. She wasn't there. After waiting 10 minutes (and a passing person tried to sell me insurance and some other stuff, uh, okay), I saw a lady who had no clue. After searching on her computer looking around for some documents and consulting with another clueless employee, they both on consensus decided the form they handed me was the right one. I decided to go to the larger office in Ewing to hand in this paperwork. I saw this SENIOR officer, who was also clueless. We figure out the form and I handed it over with my social security number and everything else. Hmmm, wasn't feeling great about that. That was 10 days ago. Still no money transfer and for all I know he's left the country and started a new life with my identify. So I said the heck with this. Went online and immediately opened an IRA account with Fidelity and then requested a transfer on line. I contacted them to speak with a financial officer. I've been trying to call this SENIOR loan officer, to cancel the transaction, have been put on hold, been disconnected, have left messages, no return call nothing. I'm going to the office, get my form back, and close out the IRA I started - never, ever again.

Brunel Mav3rick1PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. My inlaws warned me but I didn't listen. I read bad reviews but ignored it and I got a car loan with them, the interest rate was fair because my credit score was 738. Months later, my loan was the same, so I looked into my account and noticed they have secretly been charging me fees. After weeks they reimbursed me. Then 5 months later, they did the same thing. So, I was angry and paid off my car. Three weeks later, I didn't receive my car title. I went to the office they covered the story and sent me to HQ then back to the local office and after 3 visits, they told me that the had lost my title. I signed for a duplicate and left. Another 3 weeks later, nothing so I came back to the office and they claimed I didn't sign for a duplicate title. When I gave them the details and they later found it behind their desk. They had not sent it. I leave angrily and no one bothered to even explain anything or try to expedite my title, they just didn't want to take a day and go to DMV to collect my title and pay $80, then they suggested I go myself, then they "might" refund me. That just pissed me off. I am done playing nice. I will be getting a Lawyer. What a terrible bank.
Response from the ownerThank you very much for the feedback. I'm going to have someone reach out to you about this matter.

Justice Only1The most retarded online banking! Compared to any other bank's website, they are the poorest feature & ugliest looking online website. Can't be a primary bank at all. Also, the walk in service is very retard and bad as the minimum wait time I had was 75 minutes, they even haven't setup an online appointment scheduler that they respect and honor. They kept my transferred money to pay my mortgage until I called screaming where is my money then told me "You should have told us to apply it towards your mortgage as it's not enough to just transfer it to it"!
Response from the ownerHi Mohamad, we appreciate your feedback. Please send us a private message with your contact information so we can help solve any of the issues you might still be having.

Meme Meme1Seems like my debit card is being hacked every 3 or 4 months in states I've never been and I'm not an online shopper. The staff said it's been an ongoing issue, but they seem carefree about protecting customers money here. Spoke to Germaine the mgr. and he said after a card has been lost or stolen, it could take up to 10 business days for a new one to be sent out to customers - what the hell????? Had to make several inconvenient trips to the bank to withdraw money. Take ur money elsewhere. Staff will tell u about the turnover. Horrible horrible customer service. Not worth it
