  I had to take a moment and give a good review to this bank. I am at this branch every single day. The entire team is extreamly friendly and welcoming. They even know customers names when they walk in the front door. BUT I have to give 2 people today a special review for their perfesionalism while dealing with a customer who had some extreamly ignorant comments. Kienesha Glover and Ruben cambaia (hope I spelled that current). Great job! I enjoy coming to this branch because of the positive vibes.👍

  Its 830pm and td bank is calling me trying to discuss my account. People, people with kids, and you are bothering people trying this late to sleep. You close at 5pm! I'm very bothered by this and will be calling corporate to file a complaint. And soon will be changing accounts never heard of this before and am so mad! Td bank is now stooping as low as telemarketers bothering people late late at night. Unbelievable

  Slow and poorly trained staff. Very little confidentiality due to open plan system of CSR desks next to each other. Unresponsive to requests to open a new account. Had to wait 45 minutes just to see someone for service and then they move at a glacial pace. Most at this branch are second language English speakers.. Listen very carefully.

  I opened a new bank account today, also got my card at the same time. Rita had helped me and she’s amazing.

  Closed the Pennington Branch and the Newtown Bypass...now the Ewing Branch can't handle the volume. Each time here I have a wait of I over 45 minutes...that is not acceptable.

  Worse bank ever. After 10years enough is enough. From corporate to the people at the olden location. Every of my checks have to go through “verification “ and verification takes 7 days. Please go else where.

  Can I give less than one star? They have miscounted my cash multiple times, always seem to be having “technical difficulties” and staff in training, and the manager has addressed my concerns by giving me a tote bag. Always a long wait, even for just a form, and they do not know what they are doing. It is not enough to be pleasant if you are incompetent. Avoid.

  This is the worst bank I ever used. The corporate needs to do something about it. I will never come back they held my cash. They take 30 minutes at the drive thru all the time even when it's not busy. The inside is not clean. And they're loud and unprofessional.

  Drive Thru ATM is constantly not working. Instead of fixing it with something new, they use old equipment and starts the cycle again.
