      If they don't have enough tellers the manager should be working!! The so-called manager has never here... It's 3:30 p.m. the drive-thru has one lane six cars waiting.. I've been here over 10 minutes now and two cars have moved

      The branch leader at this location 8558 University City Blvd is rude and was unwilling to help me. If I could i would give zero stars. Worse customer service ever.

      This bank is the worst especially Brittany at the window. I got there 1 min after 5:00 pm. There was a customer in front of me and one in the lane beside me. She wouldn't take my deposit which would've taken a second 🙄 Did I mention that I drove 15 minutes to get here. Our office bank with Wells Fargo on Wt Haris Blvd. The banking customer service is amazing. I have gotten there at 5:00 and they made my deposit. Wow, I am so happy this is not my bank.

      Short staffed all the time. Manager never there. Never know if the lobby will be open or not. Never has change.

      If I had a personal account here, I would close it. I just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) for a business owner; 3 lanes open and not 1 car moved the whole time. At least 1 customer should have been helped even if only 1 teller is working the window. Inside not open. I left.

      I think the staff at this location is very helpful and I always leave feeling taken care of, however the ATM on site NEVER works. This is one of the only BB&Ts in proximity to me, and due to my schedule the only option for me to deposit and withdrawal is via the ATM at times. I could count more times that this service has been unavailable then available which is really disappointing. They should find a way to install a new system because it’s very frustrating to have to drive 15-20 more minutes out of my way to deposit or withdrawal cash every other week . I really hope it gets fixed.

      Each time I've been there, it takes forever to be seen by someone inside the branch, even though when you look inside the rooms, the people aren't doing anything. Calling is even more of a hassle because they constantly transfer you to voicemails and the branch members will not return calls. I have closed all my accounts and don't plan on opening any more with BB&T just from this one branch alone.

      Being fairly new to the "adulting" aspects of life, I chose this bank because it's proximity to the University. My first visit at this bank was full of nothing less than great experience with Veronica. I've been in and out throughout the year and I'm slightly disappointed with some of the tellers. They make me feel uncomfortable trying to learn some things I've never been taught before. On the other hand, Veronica was always helpful answering any question or concern I had without making me feel the slightest guilt for trying to learn. I'd give this branch 5 stars, but there is plenty of room to improve. Thank you Veronica for your outstanding, professional, client-oriented support!

      Unbelievable. I was going to sell my truck in the parking lot so I could bring the cash in quickly to verify it was real. I also knew banks have notaries and you need the title notarized when selling it. I called AHEAD and asked if they had a notary and if they would be able to assist me with title transfer. The person I talked to asked someone else in the branch and I was told, "Yes, we have a notary here today and as long as both parties are here we can help you with that." Great! They even said no charge since I am a BBT member. We get there and go inside and no one there is a notary today! I said I called ahead..."No, I am in the process of getting my stamp." Unbelievable. Here we go driving around to six (not kidding) different places to find a notary within 3 miles of the place. I just don't understand why they would say what they did and then I get there and it's not true. What a huge inconvenience for us.
