  I agree with the comments. This company completely horrific. They won’t help you if you are in need but harass you for a payment that’s not 30 days past due. Biggest regret of my life getting a loan with them. I was told i couldn’t change my payment due date for months but as soon as i made a payment today after speaking to the manager magically they could change it.

  I'm a person that's short on words, I do have to say that I OneMain Financial helped me with my personal loan, no hassel no question on what I needed the loan for and the funds where deposited straight into my bank account . Thank you OneMain Financial.

  I don't have anything good , nor bad to say. Here's my experience. I applied for a loan back in 2012 . I did not get approved due to child support that I was paying. Not a problem. It happens. I've improved my credit a lot since then. I recently was contacted by mail from this company offering me a loan. The interest rate was so high and I wondered why would you contact me just to put me in this type of debt. I have read the reviews . This company seems very helpful, but how helpful is it to charge these type of interest rates? This isn't a review, just an observation.

  Seemed like a good idea at first but the way they gouge for payments seems unethical. A representative called me twice in one month and collected two payments... one in the beginning of the month, and again mid month..in the middle of a pandemic, the week of Christmas at that, a week before the first of the month when ALL my other bills are also due. Very disheartening and unethical. I wish I never got tied up with them. Worst experience. Please do not get involved with them

  I have been a customer for many years. They always try to help you the best that they can.staff had always been professional and friendly. The atmosphere in the office is wonderful.

  With COVID-19 causing businesses to rethink how to serve communities, I was extremely impressed with OneMain Financial's ability to complete everything over the phone will also depositing my loan into my checking account same day! This is the most professional group of lenders I've had the chance to work with.

  Filled out an application online, got a call and was told that my car was sufficient collateral for the loan I requested, just needed to bring in my title and I would be good to go. Went in to complete the paperwork and was denied. They told me they had to factor in student loans to my monthly budget that I'm not even paying on yet as I'm still in school. My student loans won't require a payment for another year and a half, and by that time the loan I requested would be paid off. I asked about a lowered amount and was told they actually weren't even going to approve me for what I had originally been told I was approved for, it would have been a less amount. Complete waste of time trying to work with this company. I don't recommend and won't ever attempt to use them in the future.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at One Main Financial and my advisor Connie is excellent at her job. She offered me opportunities that I could take advantage of such as life insurance. I enjoy doing business with One Main and I look forward to doing business with them in the future

  When I first went into this location to request a loan, the ladies were very nice, and helpful. HOWEVER, When I went came out of the room from signing the paperwork the lady that was working with me yelled out to everyone "GOT ANOTHER ONE!!!" like I was some kind of dehumanized piece of meat. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and UNCOURTEOUS.
