  The BB&T bank is the worst bank. I’m not one to give bad reviews but they are slow, unequipped to handle certifies bank checks and can’t even provide you with a standard bank service, multiple times they have disappointed! A bank merger is not helping nor should be used as an excuse, they have always been a terrible bank. Take your money to a bank that knows how to service it’s customers. Your fired BB&T!

  If your black dont do business with them. They have to verify your check if you make a decent amount. Dahaina was rude when explaining why she had to verify and I explained to her just two weeks prior I was able to cash my last check at the other BBT with no issue. Her response was oh well we do business differently here. Its a shame if your black you have to verify a decent living wage.

  Nice folks but super slow. Lobby closed. Atm out of service. One drive thru open. This after they closed several offices due to merger with SunTrust. A year later and still no suntrust access. 🤬

  Every good employee they have moves on after not too long, constant turnover of staff. Filiberto is horrible to work with. Tried calling today and no one will even answer the phone

  Just recently moved to Tampa from Maryland. I had BB&T in Maryland (they were always great up there) and I needed to change the address on my account so I stopped by this branch on my lunch break. I walked in and everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to greet me. I was lucky enough to sit down with Wayne. He was extremely helpful & friendly. Wayne was able to assist me with what I needed and more. He was also very informative about the area! I look forward to using this branch going forward.

  1 car ahead of my lane in the drive thru and it took 30 mins😂 How understaffed is this location? The workers are very friendly, it isnt their fault.

  5 stars to Katie Hughes. She goes way above and beyond.
