  There is always one person working at the counter and one person working the drive thru. The line inside the bank is always backed up to the door. You’d think for the number of customers they get daily that there would be more employees working. I’ve never been to a bank where I’ve had to wait 15 minutes or more just to make a deposit.

  The merger made the experience very bad. This branch is terrible. By the way, some of the employees are nice.

  My check card was hack on December 8, 2018, I went to SunTrust on Richmond Hwy the Steffon Cumberbatch said he was closing my card and I would be receiving a New Card with 7-10 days. On December 24, 2018, I went to SunTrust in Kingstowne the gentleman there told me the card was shipped to give it a few more days. On December 28, 2018, I went into SunTrust in Rosehill spoke with (branch manager) he tells me that the first guy Steffon, did not finish the process so my card was NEVER order. Rose Hill Branch Manager than tells me he will oder my card and (waived the 25.00 fee for rush) and I should receive within 3 days. Here it is January 7, 2019 I still DO NOT have a card. I go back to speak with Branch Manger he is with another customer the women at the desk calls the main office they tell her they mailed my card in regular mail that they did not see a Rush Order and I should have it within 7-10 days (REALLY), after waiting for approx 30 mins I decided to open a new account at BB&T. It’s sad because I had been with SunTrust for approximately 20+yrs, there Customer Service Sucks! Thanks SunTrust for nothing get some New Mangers that know what they are doing as of now your customer service SUCKs!

  I have stopped at this location several times in the past to make simple transactions, some tellers are polite but some need a little customer service coaching and service is very slow between 11:30am and 1pm. I now go out of my way to another branch to do business but if Suntrust continues shutting down branches I will be forced to take my accounts elsewhere.

  Worst bank ever today is my day off and had my check deposite and I expected it to be in my bank immediately but now I expected it tom. What a day for my day off only to start shopping. Avoid this bank. Read all of the google reviews. One of the worst bank branch in here. Time to move Burke and Herbert bank. Goodbye Suntrust.

  The Suntrust Bank Branch has merged with the BBT branch at this Rose Hill location in Spring 2021. It now offers customers a drive thru.

  Maryam S. was very rude when “helping” me with what seemed to be a simple transaction. It turned into a difficult one when the issue could not be taken care of. I walked out frustrated; having the same problem I came in with.

  Suntrust is horrible. Customer service, the bank itself, the people. Y’all need to hire new people and get some new staff on deck cuz this has been going on for years

  They don’t want to make my deposit, if I go 30 minutes before they close. The people in this back are lazy .

  Would not exchange bills for coins for non-members (what a bunch of baloney, my bills are just as good as anybody elses, member or no member.)
