  It takes an entire village to get some deals to closing. Sometimes, as the listing agent, you have to be a little more involved than normal. And on those deals where communication is important - you want Pawan and Nikki to be the lending team you're working with. As an agent, I was thoroughly impressed by their team. Hiccups are bound to happen in any deal, and they were proactive and communicative to address those issues in a timely manner. I will be recommending them to my buyers in the future as well. They are wonderful!

  We received professional and helpful service on our home purchase. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. Mr. Pawan Gupta, M/s Nikki Kumar were easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us. We were very pleased with the interest rate we received.
