  We selected Lisa after interviewing a couple real estate agents to list and sell the townhouse. We made the right choice! She listed the property competitively and obtained many offers well over the sale price. And, her insight into buyer financing led to us accepting the highest offer and resulted in a quick sale with no complications! All this even after she supervised contractor work for upgrades, staging, and more! And she was never more than a text or message away, even while on a short vacation! Yes, we knew she'd be on vacation (just a few days) when we hired her. Her reputation, energy, listening skills and professionalism proved she was the right person. It's a sellers' market, but our experience was made even better and more profitable thanks to Lisa.

  We can't say enough good things about Lisa. We recently sold our home while also moving abroad, so we were looking for someone who could be as hands-on as possible while communicating across many, many timezones. Right from the outset, she gave outstanding advice about the work we needed to do to sell at our desired price point, and from there she handled just about everything. She directed renovations, coordinated staging and photos, and even set up a virtual notary so we could close from half a world away. She kept in constant communication so we didn't have to worry about anything. Given all that, unsurprisingly, Lisa was able to get us well over our asking price. Lisa made the emotional process of selling our first home easy, and we couldn't imagine using anyone else.

  Lisa Goodfriend helped to make the sale of our home run smoothly. She reviewed our house prior to listing and made suggestions for improvements to help us to get top-dollar. During the renovations, Lisa stopped by several times to check on the progress and to see if we needed any help. When the work was complete, she walked through to see if anything else needed to be addressed. After we moved out, Lisa treated the house as if it were her own. One of the toilets started to leak and Lisa arranged for a plumber to fix the issue. She paid the plumber, for which she was reimbursed at closing. She even swept the front porch before the final walk through. It was certainly a pleasure to work with Lisa!

  We can’t say enough good things about Lisa Goodfriend. She is truly exceptional! Lisa put in all the hard work towards making our dream become a reality. We had big asks of her that made everything working out a needle in a haystack scenario. Specifically, we narrowed our needs to one neighborhood with one particular floorplan, and Lisa delivered us the house of our dreams all the while getting us the terms we needed to sell our house during the holiday season. Not only was Lisa able to assist in the domestic purchase and sale of our house in Kingstowne, but she was also able to get a family-owned foreign property in Spain that we had not visited in ten years on the market and sold the first day! When it comes to real estate agents, Lisa is at the top of her game. She exhibits kindness, patience, knowledge, responsiveness and an attention to detail that is absolutely needed at every step in a real estate transaction. After a terrible purchase experience with our first realtor, we were left believing that all real estate agents were crooks and pointless.
