S B1This branch is under 5* because of their lack of work. They don’t want to work. They want us to do everything. People go to drive through to avoid things that we don’t know. But there is a new lady (cobra ) something like that her name refusing me to Deposit . I was there before and deposited with another lady she had done perfectly. But this new lady was super rude. She didn’t make it. She just doesn’t want to work. AFCU needs provide well trained people to help us. This is not fare..!!! Wasted my time.

Plenty of parking, the tellers are quick and knowledgeable, the service representatives are amazing when helping me with my loan needs and the management have always been professional and prompt with me! Doris and Jose and amazing! They have a nice big waiting area with plenty of chairs and free coffee for members which I appreciate. Not to mention how professional this location looks. There's two ATMs here which work great all the time, plus two loans at a drive thru which is extremely helpful when I don't want to get of my car. 10/10, I'll keep coming to this location!

Lester Perea2On this mind I thought that I would be well cared for when a lady very kindly opened the door for me, the truth was she was very kind to me. The bad thing was when I went to the cashier because of how I looked, I think the cashier thought that I had stolen that check, she asked me for my ID and I showed it to her my REAL ID, then she said to show her another ID, I told her that I had no other than the license counts as Identification. But she told me that she wanted to see a credit card with my name on it so she could cash my check. I said wow. and she showed it to her, then she called the company to verify if the check I had had not been stolen. they should train some of their employees better

Jada Stubblefield1Online check deposit program is no good. They didn't let me deposit the check, sent a silly non-explanitory email for a reason, then didn't even bother to keep the pictures of the check for reference when I called about it. What kind of business deletes anything within a week let alone a couple years??? Bank of America is my other bank and I plan to transfer all of my money to them now. Apple FCU is no good. BofA mobile deposit works wonderfully. It's quick the camera light comes on and it automatically snaps the picture when it's in view. I can look at the pictures of the check and my mobile deposit slip through the app, months later. Apple's does none of that. I was patient enough to try to get a well lit picture (and press the middle of the screen for capture), and they still couldn't do their part. I even came to sit in at the 22315 location and one of the consultants (tall guy) tried to ask me to come back tomorrow (because they were closing), but I'd been sitting there for at least 20 minutes waiting. Needless to say, I didn't let that happen. I just suggest that you don't waste time, it may seem good even really good at first but it has changed for the worst.

Karen Miller1We have had nothing but problems with this place. From car loans to credit card service being denied for legitimate purchases yet allowing for obvious out of the ordinary charges. The staff's knowledge of their own procedures are so inconsistent...one person tells you one thing and then someone else tells you the complete opposite. Do not trust your money with this place!

Serge S1The banking branch is fine. My issue is with their credit card website which is simply terrible. It's skimpy in features and even those few features aren't clear or working properly. For example, if you click on "statements" a hard to see small print is sending you to "view transactions" (although they have a tab for "statements.") Once in "statements," it only goes back 3 months. There is no note saying that it only goes back 3 months -- this is on you to figure it out. If you try a statement 4 months old you get "no matching activities" in red letters even though you know you had activities during that period. Their credit card website has been like this for years and the reason I didn't complain was because I was hoping they'd have the sensibility to realize how bad they are and fix it. Come on Apple FCU, you can do much better than this!

Eliza1I went to the branch located in kingstowne 22315. I wanted to open a savings account since my sister had been a member a while ago and had told me about how great apple federal was. Doris was having trouble explaining about the packages they offer and said that she was supposed to leave "now" and that she lived far away. She asked why I was so afraid to open a checkings account and when I said I was testing apple with the savings account she said, well we got lots of members so if you don't like it then..... Based on that experience Doris doesn't care about providing a great experience.

Josh Bushman4The branch is clean and as efficient as any credit union . Staff has been understanding and helpful. Legal department has been variable in terms of speed. Lately, they have been pretty quick.
