  This branch has been shut down for days - no signs posted and no stocking of the atm. I had to find out by word-of-mouth that they've shut down due to covid exposure across several branches in the Athens area. No signs on the doors, drive thru lanes or ATM, no contact via email regarding the closings, nothing on their website, just a lot of nothing. No communication at all. If even ONE piece of signage was up or ONE bit of communication was sent out, I never would have posted thus. But, after trying the drive thru and ATM twice this week with no clue what was going on or why everything was shut down, I'm very, very disappointed. This may be the end if my 20 year relationship with SunTrust/Truist.

  So I went to the bank to open a checking and saving account. Everything was done and good. So he said "Your debit card should arrive in a unmarked envelope in at least 6 to 7 business days" But, a months later it never arrived so I contacted SunTrust again and everything and let them know my card hasn't arrived so the lady told me that my card should be here in 3 to 5 days but yet again 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived maybe I'm making a mistake like, I don't know what day it is or something because to me it feels like it's been two months since I opened a account.

  I’m glad I don’t actually bank with them, I only go here because my job banks with them and they are unbelievably slow at getting anyone out. Might as well plan out 30 minutes of your day just to go here.

  Terrible banking systems will pend your deposit so your transactions won’t go through and charge overdraft fees

  The manager is very rude from now on I’ll take my business elsewhere. I would never do business at this branch again.
