  I’ve been to this bank twice, and both times they were disrespectful and RUDE! If I could give a negative -5 stars I would! I do NOT recommend this BB&T to anyone! Take the extra 10 mins drive and go to LAUREL!! The second time I came to this bank, I’ve gotten called multiple names and cursed at. When I asked to speak to the manager, she threw my identification card and bank card with my check and told me I could speak to the manager then said I could not because the manager was not there. She also told me to go to another bank and not to go back there. Stay away from this bank. I honestly believe it should close down or those two ladies should not be representing BB&T bank. They were so disgusting.

  This branch is horrible and mean. They do not respect people and their money. They steal your money by putting holds (2 Times) on payroll checks and create over drafts. Cannot wait to for final two checks to clear and close my accounts. Also, the people can barely speak English when they want to get rid of you. So convenient for them to speak so fast you cannot understand. Worst experience ever - I rate them a negative 10

  Probably the worst bbt bank ever, manager and bankers don't know what to do, our banker doesn't know nothing about bank accounts or anything else. I won't coming back to this branch. I'll go to an other branch or take my business elsewhere.

  Came in to deposit a check for a vendor. Teller said she could not do it. Waited for 30 mins and had to leave for nothing.

  We are going to close our accounts. The branch services are not good. They don't know about some services. This takes customers' time and cost.

  Today I went to the bank and I felt a man in the door entering his right hand twice had an attitude of disdain I could be an exam face without saying. Lan where I forced my voice to speak, but looking at me, I just shook my head and didn't speak. The man on the left exams me for an hour back. I came back an hour later. The attitude like when the bang is more than that. If you think my words are not correct, then just wait for the camera to see how he is. I don't speak any language but go to work. I feel very disappointed about the bank bb & t here. Because I do not have English and Vietnamese or later. But I was so black that I had a fortune to spend money on, I didn't have to go ask ghosts to do so
