This location has the worst banking customer service I have ever experienced in my adult life. The branch manager would not let me talk when I politely tried to correct her error. She ended the conversation by closing the door in my face.

Bank teller waited until the end of my mother's transaction to tell me "Next time you enter, don't wear that kind of mask; we don't allow that." 😂 First off, I'd like to see that on every sign, you need to have an employee checking every person at the door and handing out your "appropriate masks". Don't worry, when my mom dies, I'll make sure to immediately cancel her account. I will NEVER bank with your company and this branch location--you might want to train your employees to match what your signs dictate. This is why I use a credit union.

This is not our home branch, but we had to get an insurance form notarized with two witnesses so we decided to meet the witnesses at this branch. The notary lady waited us to arrive past her shift. She greeted us pleasantly even though she had to wait an hour for us. This is why we like Suntrust!

I came to this location to deposit a check into an account. Had everything ready and sent the information up to the drive through slot. No one Acknowledge me, so I pressed the call option several times. I was met with the tailer giving me angry look. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes. While waiting another customer pulled up and was severed immediately.

My wife and I have been dealing with them for years, at the Orchard Center in Silver Spring Maryland. I haven't ever had a bad experience. The staff are very polite and treat you like family.

This is the slowest drive thru branch I have ever been too. Its really disappointing that the lobby is still closed and it takes so long for service at the drive thru.

Always crowded, always slow, managers do nothing to expedite, just say "hello" when you come in, because they have been told to greet people. Worst branch in the area, go somewhere else.

believe it or not , they cash out our money $100 is fake. Which I did not know until I go to spend the money. It is under investigation now. Unbelieveable , unheard from a bank.
