  When I first started out in the home buying process, I began by working with one of the larger banks to get estimates for rates and services. I switched to First Home Mortgage because they were smaller and more hands-on with my loan. It took me towards the end of the home buying process to commit to a company so First Home did not have much leeway with getting my loan together (which was completely my fault). I drove to their office to meet Chris, explained my situation, and he never seemed to sweat. Chris worked with me to meet every deadline required. Another reason I chose to work with him was because they offered rate and option packages the larger bank I started with did not. You would think that a larger bank would have more options available but First Home had better choices for my needs. Overall, I choose to work with Chris because he provided a more local service and feel that I felt more comfortable with. If I needed something, he was able to get back to me quickly and I never felt like I was just a number.

  My husband has worked with Chris for the purchase of our first and second home! We can not be happier, communication on point any and all hours of the day which is perfect when we had questions. As you know the home buying process can be very daunting but Chris and his team made it a smooth process both times! Great job!

From walking us through every step involved in pre-approval, to providing tools that allowed us to budget for realistic down payment and closing costs, to being available whenever we had a question, to personally calling the seller's agent to vouch for us when there was a competing offer, to completing an already short closing time early -- Chris went above and beyond in helping us with our financing. We would not have gotten our dream home without his thoughtful and effective guidance. Don't think twice about using Chris and his team for your lender!

  Chris and his team are totally and completely experts in their field of service. I trust them. I believe in them. I would use the company again. And I highly recommend them. I am extremely appreciative of the patience and understanding that was extended to me as I went through the home purchasing process. I thought it was helpful when Chris would explain something to me, then ask, "Does this make sense to you? Do you understand?" He didn't want me to merely go along. He wanted me to grasp an understanding of the process. Purchasing a home is a big deal. Not to be taken lightly. Chris, thank you for your guidance and your professionalism. But most of all I am thankful for your integrity. Integrity is very important to me. Every consumer wants to believe that they are not being taken advantage of. Salute!!

  Chris Jordan and his team were great to work with. We had a very complicated 2015 home purchase through a 203K renovation loan. Chris and his team were the only lenders in the area willing and able to deal with the extra paperwork, requirements and difficulties of our home purchase, not to mention several months of renovations and bank inspections.   As first-time home buyers, there was a lot we didn’t know about the process, but we always felt like we were in great hands with Chris Jordan and his team. He answered all our questions (and there were many) quickly and completely, and was genuinely great to work with. I recommended him to numerous friends, including one couple who had less traditional sources of incomes (freelance/home business) and had bad experiences just exploring the home-buying process with others.
