  Billion-dollar bank closes the only Saturday location in town and doesn't have the decency to have someone mark it as such. Freaking lock on the front door and still listed as open. Pathetic.

  Make them count your money in front of you when you deposit! It happened to me twice now, I went there with a quantity of money and they deposited less and when I went back they asked me how many bills of each I had and I could not remember. I had $1300 counted and they deposited $1260 and the second time I had $800 and only deposited $700. No trust!

  I had a Huge issue this morning - i had 1000 dollars - and they only put 900! When i came back to the Window - the lady said that it was only 900 - but i count that before i gave it to the window several time! Thats the first time i had this experience with any bank ! Definitely 1 star ! Waiting for them to figure this out!

  Since the merge i have nothing but a hard time with them. Lobbies are always closed so it makes it hard to talk to someone about the issues. Also you cant get anybody on the phone with out waiting an hour.

  I absolutely love their customers service maurenda I think was my teller today and she was amazing …. The other worker was amazing as well

  Other than Allison who is great , theres really noone thats that helpful I would go to the Main Branch in Sevierville next time . A simple notary was refused when I bank there for 12 accounts . Its such a dissapointment! Will not go there again!

  I called for them to transfer my cd to my savings and she said she did. Turns out she didn’t and I had to call a different BB&T to get it done.
