  This is so long over due, but Sally & her team are incredible! My husband and I purchased our home a couple of months ago by VA loan. We were suppose to be closing in our new home 7 days before I called Sally. Our closing had been moved 5 TIMES! Finally, after speaking with Sally we decided to switch and in LESS THAN 2 weeks, she got us closed on a loan that I truly believe would not have been closed without her help. Our home buying process started out a nightmare, and turned into a breeze with the help of Sally and her team. Now, we have been in our home for a couple of months, and I cannot express the gratitude we have to these folks for helping make this process so smooth. Their love for veterans also meant the world to my husband! We will forever be grateful to this team!

The entire process was made as easy as possible, with most paperwork was provided electronically making it quick and efficient.   Sally Bucciero and her team are the pinnacle of professionalism. They are patient and informative with your questions willing to teach you as you progress through the loan procedures. EVERY phone call, text, or email was either answered immediately or in a very timely manner. This is not the first time my husband and I have chosen to do business with Sally Bucciero. I can tell you though that each time has always been a pleasure. This is the easiest 5 -star review to submit. Really, they need 10 stars for their ability to make the loan process such a pleasant experience.
