  Ben, knows his stuff. He is excellent, in every aspect. Him and his team made our (me and my wife's) first time home buying experience very smooth. Definitely on top of communicating, if I called and he didn't answer, he called back within 5 minutes anytime of day. Couldn't be happier with the way things turned out.
