  These are the friendliest and most helpful bankers in East Tennessee. My husband and I have a personal checking account and savings account with them, and couldn’t be happier! I just recently experienced an issue with BB&T where my place of work does their banking business. Smart Bank was kind enough to do a one time courtesy help to give me the change that I so desperately needed to keep my store running. My husband and I always feel very welcome and always have the upmost best customer service any time we walk through those doors.

  Beautiful building, I was raised in sevierville so they did a good job on the exterior matching the older buildings I was truely impressed with the architecture.

  Worst banking customer service I’ve ever had. I was told different policy’s by multiple people and when I called for information I was spoken to like I was an idiot. Branches and staff are not all on the same page. Closed my account after 4 years of being there.

  This bank is not very "Smart" at all. False advertisement. No problem at all periodically stealing your money for "overdraft charges" that you never signed up for, they wont refund it, no matter what the situation is! If you want to be spoken to: 1.) Unprofessionally 2.) Like a child, by a child. 3.) With the cliché 'cant help you' attitude, Then go to this place. I regret my decision. This bank does not value you or protect your assets!!

  I'm new to the area and walked in to cash my check at the local "SmartBank". The lobby is clean and modern. The customer service with Wendy was awful.
