Joey Taylor5The Branch Manage CeCe offer very fast and friendly service. I don't think I’ve ever been into a bank, no matter the organization where it shows the employee wants to help people like CeCe. She is a ASSET! Do what ever to keep her!

Nicole Lea1I’m beginning to become increasingly frustrated with BB&T’s policies, fees, and regulations. BB&T policy requires that they hold check deposits for up to 24 hours, only releasing $100.00 to account holders immediately. Word to the wise, Coastal Credit Union, has the same policy, however they allow account holders immediate access of $200.00 for check deposits. It’s extremely clear that BB&T doesn’t value the interest of their clients and rather protect their own interests.

Carol Tice2I have been a customer at BB&T for about 25 years and have always been very happy but lately the service at this particular location (very close to my home and work) has been dismal. The last 4 times (over a period of about the last 2 weeks) I tried using the ATM for deposits it was not functional. They wouldn't let me do the deposits at the drive through so I had to go into the bank where they were extremely slow. Instead of a quick stop at the ATM it took almost 15 minutes on each occasion to make my deposit. There was one day that I withdrew money by going through the drive-through. Something unexpected came up and I had to go back later in the day for another withdrawal. As I sat and sat and sat....I could see 3 employees conversing and repeatedly looking out at me. This went on for about 10 minutes when I finally asked if there was a problem. I was told that yes, I had already used that driver's license once today to make a previous withdrawal. WHAT???? Today I need to make another deposit so I tried calling the branch multiple times at about 10:00 AM to see if their ATM was functional. I got a recording stating their normal business hours and to please call back within their normal business hours. 10 AM on a Wednesday IS within their normal business hours....so I have no idea if the ATM is functional or not. I have also been treated rudely in the bank on several occasions. This branch is very convenient for me but I am getting very frustrated and hope that management corrects things quickly. A week or so later: Went again to the ATM to make a deposit. It took my debit card and PIN but then the touch screen didn't work. I had to sit there until it timed out since it was open to my accounts. I had my checkbook with me so I filled out a deposit slip and went through the drive-through (I was the only person in the drive-through). It appeared that there was only one person working as a cashier and it took 6 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The teller was not at all apologetic. That was 5 times out of 6 that the ATM was not working.

Eric Goehl5Unbelievably great service, Cece, the Branch manager, is a rock star! I was buying a vehicle from a person out of state and Cece handled my loan and all the paperwork I would need to register the vehicle at DMV. She also sent the necessary paperwork to the seller of the vehicle. Cece went above and beyond the call of duty...Thank you Cece!

POOJA SHAH5Very pleasant experience. Vanessa is the best branch manager so far I have ever met at this particular location. I see a lot of improvement in this branch when it comes to customer service, keep up the good work. Don’t just sell products like how it use to be .

Cash MoneyLamar King1The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life!!!!!!! The Teller Purvi has no people skills and was very disrespectful. The Branch manager Sumni was even worse. I was treat like a criminal bc I wanted to cash a BB&T check and I didn't have an account with you guys. I had a REAL CHECK WITH A REAL DRIVERS LICENSE and was treat as if I was trying to do some fraudulent activity, which I wasn't!!!! After going back in forth for almost an hour, I left that location and went 5miles away to the Cary location and was in and out in 5mins. Corporate REALLY needs to re-eveluate the leadership and staff of this branch. The Teller Cedric(who by the way was AMAZING) at the Cary location asked me would I like to open an account with you guys, and I respectfully declined due to my experience at this particular Branch!!!

Big Daddy A.K.A1We waited for financial officer for mortgage house loan about 43 minutes at first time, we asked teller what's going on? They scheduled me to financial officer at second visit with appointment time so we still waiting for financial officer about 30 minutes so far. Still waiting........ what's going on with this branch???

Monica Money1Every time I go to this Branch I have to wait at least 8 to 10 minutes to be served. Don't understand why they only have two tellers working that entire Bank. Went there today 6/3/19 and waited for 10 minutes and still had not been served. There was a third person there in their office and they never came out to assist the two tellers that were working! Unacceptable!

Kim Hodes2Second time there in the last few weeks. Last time I had to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru ....and I was the only car. Today the same thing happened but I was behind another car. After 5 or 6 minutes with no sign of anything happening, I decided to go inside. Inside there was one teller and 5 other people in line. I've been going there a while now, but this their lack of staff has me going to a different branch.
