  My husband and I purchased a cabinet dealership in 2017. From the beginning, we've banked with Fidelity and it's one of the best business decisions we've made. Early on, the Morrisville branch opened our checking and savings accounts and Skeet Woolard in Cary assisted with our loan needs. When our offices relocated to Apex, we primarily utilized the Apex branch for day-to-day transactions and they were wonderful to work with also. In the last couple of years, Amy Hoke efficiently processed two PPP loans during a time that was uncertain for us and stressful for the banking industry. We heard horror stories from other business owners about their PPP experience with "big" banks, opposite our personalized experience with Fidelity. And then today, Amy and Mary Jane swiftly prepared a same-day wire transfer that was urgently needed. It's fair to say that Fidelity can handle every customer need, making the customer feel valued. Thank you Fidelity for your partnership. You're another reason our business is such a success!

  We switched over our business accounts to Fidelity Bank five years ago from the moment we met Mary Jane Poole we knew this was the right fit for our small business. We can't say enough positive things about Mary Jane the customer service she provides goes way beyond any experience I have ever had, the one on one attention she provides is outstanding and were so thankful we made the change to Fidelity Bank. We are thankful for all the support and help she provided especially during the Pandemic crisis of the past year, she has been there every step of the way to help us navigate through the uncertain and difficult time of the past year not sure if we had not switched over to Fidelity Bank where we would be today. The customer service is excellent from the other staff members at the branch we well.

Chasity is the wonderful teammate to work with everytime I call always get a positive response from her. Love that she strive to be the excellent banker!!!   I am so grateful to have found Fidelity Bank. I have had the honor of being a customer for about 6 years now and I absolutely love them. You walk in the office and everyone is so warm and welcoming. Amy Hoke in particular is amazing! She is so attentive and personable with all her clients.   I just opened a business account with them. It was super fast. Very friendly staff. Their locker fees is half the price when compared to the bug banks. I am planning to move my personal bank account too. No minimum balance requirement. Very economical for a small business non profit company like mine.
