I am extremely unhappy with this bank. The only reason I have anything to do with this bank is because they are the ones who picked up my vehicle finance at the dealer. I have literally had nothing but problems with them in the last 2 months I have had an account with them. I can never get in contact with anyone. Every time I call, I’m put on hold for almost an hour before I reach someone. When I do reach someone, they say they can’t help and I’m transferred. No one is ever able to assist me with what I need, and it’s ridiculous. No one knows what they’re doing, or who to transfer you to to help with your issue. I just called because I tried depositing money into my account at the atm and it was saying my pin was invalid. I was on hold for 25 minutes at 8pm and finally hung up because I don’t have time for this. I had to go to my other bank to deposit money to transfer over. And then immediately after I hung up the phone, I got a message from them asking me if I had a few moments to rate my experience with them. I didn’t even talk to anyone. And then when I clicked it to take the survey, it disappeared and I didn’t even get to give my feedback. This is the worst service I have ever received from a bank in my life. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

I have been a customer with SunTrust for 15 years. Before the merger everything was great. But ever since they became trust their customer service has degraded and their banking system has become beyond useless. Their text update with my balance is literally 24 hours old and when I look at the app to check my balance it is never consistent. It will fluctuate sometimes hundreds of dollars back and forth with no warning and my not having made any purchases in days for the balance to change. I never had these issues prior to the merger.

Horrible service, wait times on main line are over 1 hour and it has been this way now for 3 months. Called today to Ocala, FL location, girl Roselee (SP) put me on hold to find out if I can make a auto loan payment with a pre-paid debit card, she put me on hold to ask a manager and so far I am at 22 mins 19 seconds. I think they are waiting for me to hang up.. Like I said horrible.

Not only do they close an hour or hours early but most of the time they are not open on Saturdays in the morning like they should be, to add to that their ATM is always down, I would suggest looking into another bank If you really want to get stuff done especially if you have a business account

This is a terrible branch. I have been here a couple of times and both times were a disaster. The first time I had to wait for the only person who could help me to come back from lunch. The second time I had to have my name changed on my credit card. I was told from the cc company to go into a branch and give them my info. I gave them my info at this bank and they verified and made copies of everything. They never forwarded it to the cc company. I had to plead with the cc company to let me handle it since the people here are incompetent.

Hands down the rudest and worst customer service ever by the branch manager Pamela. I'm not sure how she has a job much less is a manager at anything. I called 2 days ago because I needed to close my father's accounts because he had passed away. The person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude (now I see why she thinks it's ok. Her boss is horrible) but told me what to bring. I called because I live over an hour away and this was the closest branch to me. I get there and Pamela is rude from the start. After a couple minutes of her attitude I ask for a supervisor and she tells me she is the boss, so I ask for her supervisors number and she just flat out says no. Then I try to tell her about her rude associate who told.me the wrong papers to bring and I didnt get their name and she just shrugs her shoulders. I'm glad I bank with wells Fargo because if I did bank with bbt I wouldve closed everything today on the spot. On a bright note I did go to the branch across town afterwards and they were so nice and helpful. As soon as i told 2 different people there of the awful blonde lady who i had to deal with they both instantly knew who i was talking about. That's so sad. This lady needs to be fired. Plain and simple.

One of the worst experiences in a bank. One teller, only 3 costumers in front. After 15 minutes of waiting another teller comes in (maybe on her day off, because she was wearing flip flops and a tank top with wholes). She starts to help, takes another 10 minutes. I didn't get my money because I just didn't want to wait anymore. I didn't get,"sorry is taking so long", or "we will be right with you as soon as we can".I didn't even get acknowledged. And that is just bad.

This bank has been so unhelpful. They sent out a notice offering aid for the covid pandemic with mortgages. Towards the end of the year I took them up on it. Holiday season, why not. It encouraged me to use their website for their paperwork so I did. I received a letter that set expectations that I was approved and that no payment would be due till January and included October, November, and December in the forbearance. I then receive a letter on November 16 telling me that 1769.37 is due by December 16th. I call to get this straightened out and the lady says I misunderstood. Seriously?! Do you think any average American family would misunderstand that all three payments would come due just before Christmas if it was clearly explained how it worked? How do you explain 3 mths of forbearance if you are asking for Decembers payment on time? Why would you send a letter stating something else completely and intentionally set up a struggling American family to fail with incorrect expectations and ruin Christmas for them? Left hand, do you know what your right hand is doing? As an American I know better than to trust any large American company and had the payments to the side just in case and sure enough, I was not disappointed by my expectation to be disappointed.
