Jason Ansley3Well...if you like the war on cash and less human interaction. This place is great...otherwise, find a different bank. Disregard the fact that the LAST business Ocala needs is ANOTHER bank. Disregard the fact that they are building several locations in town (which would be good if I actually trusted them enough to hold a portion of my liquid assets). But the truth is, twice I attempted to deposit money into a relative's account and both time they prevented it without hassle. The people's hands are tied by corporate and while they may seem like they want to help, they can't...plus there is no drive up teller! Talk about robots taking over jobs. Chase is NOT pro-business and they are not pro-jobs!

Amanda Lashawn1The ONE thing that stuck to me about my visit HERE! The manager in the teller section asked me if both of the deposits in my accounts were for me? As if they were for someone else? Like does chase deposit money in the wrong accounts? I felt as if she was inquiring if I did fraudulent transactions. My feeling are truly hurt because I’m very straight line person. Due to the outcome of it all I will be closing my account Monday! Who asks someone that?

Liza Marie Espinosa1There’s never anyone in to help and when there is It’s by appointment only. First time I went in Lobby full of people and only one of three bankers working, the other two were on their phones. And this second time, the lady that “helped” me was rude and said that the only banker they have at the moment was booked with appointment.( mind you he was with one appointment in his office but the next appointment wasn’t in yet. I made a mistake opening an account with this bank

StrokDUDE!5After going there to resolve issues I can saw this bank had the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The bad reviews at first made me hesitate going but after I went I almost wish I had another issue so I could go again !

Yasmeen Taylor1Third time going to this bank, and it’s the worst! Takes all day to get absolutely nothing done, and no apology whatsoever. Felt like I was being accused of fraud over a week ago I let it go without a complaint. Then today was a horror. I don’t even know where to start. They customer service needs to be refreshed big time. You’re just left guessing if you’re being helped, but all you see is employees conversing and it isn’t about work while you wait. Should’ve gotten an update. It’s too much to type, so I’ll just say that they need some new employees. I see why they have a 3.4

Craig R1Called my creditcard and was approved for $2100 cash advance. Went to this branch and denied. Called creditcard second time and was told nothing is wrong, approved for $2100. Went back in bank and told they cant run card again, to come back the next day, no admission of guilt on their end. No other details given past they cant help. Called creditcard third time. Approved for $2100, nothing is wrong on their end. Drove to Lake City Chase and I was in and out with my money in the time it took waiting here one time. Horrible experience and lots of time wasted. Management zero help.

Christine showalter5On Friday 1/5/18 I met with Rocky at the new branch on Maricamp Road. I’m a business owner and have banked with Regions for over 20 years and changed to Chase. I opened several accounts with Rocky. I can’t begin to explain the differences I found at Chase. They are VERY customer oriented. Customer service is a big priority. What a pleasure to find a bank that cares about customers. Rocky was extremely helpful advising me what would be best for my needs. Unlike my previous bank, no surprises, nothing snuck in that I had no knowledge of. I’m thrilled that Chase is in Ocala and that I’ve got my accounts with them. I no longer have to worry if I’m being treated unfairly or ripped off. I encourage anyone to go to Chase. After having such a horrible experience at the previous bank it’s wonderful to have a bank that I can trust and have faith in. Thank you Rocky, you are the best. I will send everyone I know business or not to you.

lisa Nickerson1Called. I've banked with Chase for years & only go to location across from Catholic HS . David was unhelpful on the phone & offered for me to drive to the location to find out general questions on a loan. The women who work there are more helpful . He wouldn't even transfer me to someone else or a manager to get my questions answered .He just spoke snotty saying he could take my number & have them call me back-not any time soon . I got my credit score up 100pts & I feel like I knew more about his industry than he did .

Jennifer Taylor5This branch is wonderful! The people here are amazing and wonderful and very helpful. I had an issue with my account that had nothing to do with anything I or Chase did and Daniel worked with me and helped me get it all straightened out in no time. He and everyone there were positive, upbeat, and wonderful. I had gone to a different branch for the same issue, which they were less than helpful with which put me in a bad mood. However, Daniel and his co-workers turned it around and this branch will now and forever be my home branch and the only one I will do business with from this point forward!! Thank you Daniel and crew!! You guys rock!
