  For personal banking i would give zero stars if I could. It has only made me over draft my account over and over again. It takes about two weeks for your transactions to show on your account and your actual balance of your account won't change untill two weeks. So you really have no idea how much money you actually have. It makes it extremely hard to manage your funds. This is an amazing place to get a loan or refinance but I would not suggest having a checking account here.

  Held for 20+ minutes to then be transferred 3x.. once I got the payoff amount for the loan the system wouldn’t take it because it was over the balance remaining… all while getting plenty of attitude from the rep once I finally got someone on the line… what a great experience glad I’ll be done with these people

  bad experience trying to get a simple check deposited. They refused to deposit because of a name change after a divorce with a check made out to both of us. A copy of govt issued ID that matches the name wasn’t good enough for them. Then they told me we have to have a joint account to deposit it in which is insane. I had to go and come back and go and come back and wasted over an hour for a simple transaction.

  I want to say that this is the best bank I have banked with in years, I have never been happier. Especially after my experience today. I got scammed and lost all of my money, and Donna did a fantastic job of helping me! I came in, in tears and she was able to get not only a loan to get me out of the hole my bank account was in but also switch my car loan from Florida credit union to campus with a lower payment! Her and the team behind her that helped make it happen are awesome! I can’t thank you guys enough. Definitely took the weight off of my shoulders, and also gave me some knowledge all in one!

  I’d like to give a 5 Star review to your of your employees. Her name is Tiffany P. and she works out of the Ne 25th Ave/ East Silver Springs Blvd branch here in Ocala. She is very responsive to emails and always has a smile on her face when I need to come inside for business. I came over from a larger bank and there were times I felt my business/ personal accounts did not get the attention they deserved. Tiffany has changed that!

  I was hit this year by a fleeing suspect at 80mph, totaling my truck and I broke my neck. I have thousands of dollars of medical bills. My GAP refused to pay leaving me a balance owed. GEICO paid 18k towards my truck. I called Campus USA and spoke to Elizabeth, who was very pleasant. She told me that June 26 my payment would be late, but that she would talk to management and get back to me with an answer on what they could do, since my case has not been resolved yet. I explained to her that my lawyer was fighting to help me get some funds. They said they would call me back with an answer. They did not. I made another smaller payment as soon as I could on July 2nd. They say they tried to call my cell phone, but when they got no answer, they did not call me at work, because I had my cell as the preferred number. They counted my payment as late and reported it to the credit bureau dropping my score considerably, as my first late to them EVER in years. I called them back again to ask for some grace. They refused to help me at all and were very unsympathetic. I have paid them in full today instead of waiting for my attorney any longer. I have had the worst year of my life and clearly they don't care! This is going to significantly affect me refinancing my home or trying to buy another vehicle in the near future. When I can finance a new vehicle, I will make sure that the dealer knows that I will NEVER use them again. I am very disappointed. This was my only late payment to them ever and technically it was not even late as they actually received a check for 18k already in April, 4 years earlier than the loan would have paid them. Horrible experience from folks with zero empathy for life circumstances beyond my control.

  My wife and I switched to Campus from a major bank thinking we would get better service. But the opposite happened. We have made our mortgage payments on time for eleven years with no late payments. After having Campus for only two weeks we had our first late payment. During all the problems everyone has been going through we still managed to be on time with our mortgage. Campus Credit made a life changing decision for my wife and I by returning our mortgage payment for insufficient funds by putting a hold on a cash deposit, unbelievable! All the cash we deposited came from another bank. I spoke with a manager, Renee Vincent. All she could tell me was that there was nothing she could do and she was sorry. The Credit Union could write our mortgage company, but the damage was already done. Our perfect payment record is ruined forever.

  Refinance my home through Campus USA was given an extremely low rate decrease my mortgage payment almost in half. Marco was helpful and friendly the refinancing department were extremely professional.

  Excellent bank with great interest rates! The staff is super nice, especially one of the associates named Donna. Donna was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely the best customer service experience I have had at any bank! She is the best!
