  Thank you for helping my business partner and I getting into our box truck. Joan helped us out and provided the best customer service. They went above and beyond to get us approved. We also got a list of companies that offer hauling contracts so that we won't have to rely on load boards for work.

  The application process was quick. We got our boxtruck loan approval in 2 days. The deal took about 5 days to be completed. Their service wasn't bad at all, we would consider using them again in the future.

  We had a great experience. They helped us get approved for a semi truck and the process went well. It took about 5 business days for the deal to fund but other than that, we are satisfied with the service. The only negative thing I would say is that they need to hire more people to answer the phones.

  They are actually lying to customers. They told me that I would receive an email in 24 hours with the different payment options, but a week later I haven’t received anything. I tried to call them but they don’t answer the phone. I emailed them and never replied back, no even to say if I was approved or not

  My experience with Truckers Post was very positive. I received personal service from Joanne. She stayed on top of my business needs and quickly responded to my texts, emails, and phone calls no matter what time of day or night I sent them. The transaction was handled exactly as explained. It was an easy procedure. My loan was quickly processed and from start to finish (once I found the semi that I wanted) only took 3 business days to complete. It was a please doing business with Truckers Post. I would highly recommend this company. I am a very happy customer of Truckers Post.

  This is our second time getting financing through them. Great company! The only complaint we have is that the process took a bit longer thsn what we anticipated.

  Although I was not able to get approved at the terms that I initially wanted, I want to thank them anyways for trying. Due to my troubled credit, I was only able to get approved if I where to place 50% down or place equipment as additional collateral (which I don't have) The reason why I am leaving my review is because I wanted to thank them for all of their effort.

  Very hard to get ahold of to finish my approval never getting calls back. Not sure what to think here.

We did come back around and provided you with exceptional service, the specialist that you were assigned to responded to most of your phone calls (including after hours), along with your text messages. The communication continued for over 4 months and she was not compensated for her efforts. We attempted to finalize the transaction several times, however, neither of (7) approval notices you've received were agreeable to you and you decided to not proceed.
