  My wife and I celebrated this crazy year by purchasing our first home. Jack Rabel was our loan officer, and we can't thank him enough for his assistance. There's obviously a lot to learn and consider when purchasing, but Jack made it a relatively simple process that we could understand and made suggestions along the way to really help us find the best course of action. Even after a few misfires on previously considered homes and without having spoken for weeks at a time he was quick to respond. He always cared about our best interests and it showed. We will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home we know. Thanks again Jack!

  Very happy with my experience dealing with Jack at Assurance Home Loans, he was very fast, thorough, and got me a great rate with minimal closing costs for my refinance. I was given options and got helpful suggestions when I really didn't know best way to go. I would work with him again and pass his name on to family and friends. The process was quick and painless.

Assurance Home Loans takes most of that away by keeping you informed and getting you prepared so there are no worries on closing day.   Ive been doing business with Jack Rabel at Assurance Home Loans for the past 6 yrs. This company will get the job done when many others cannot. Ive closed on-time every-time for at least 10 different loans over the years. I do not leave very many 5 star reviews but they have earned this one.

  Assurance Home Loan, more specifically John Sorgenfrei made the near impossible happen in the mortgage world today! Our application, approval and closing happened in 24 days. John was able to shop for and secure an unbelievably low rate that our long term bank could not even come close to. Daily, sometimes hourly communication lowered the normal stress factor involved with a home purchase. I highly recommend Assurance home loan.
