  Best loan company in brevard hands down! They stayed ahead of everything the whole time and made the whole process from the time we applied to the closing day very easy. Everything they did went above and beyond Normal expectations. I would recommend them to anyone buying a house and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

  Faith’s knowledge and guidance through the process exceeded expectations and all my past mortgage experiences. She was always available. Her communications were always one step ahead and never difficult to understand and appreciate. Her kindness during the entire process never faltered. She includes, relies on and highly respects the quality and support of her entire team. Going forward Faith will be the only call I make or referral I give for mortgage needs, advice and support.

  Hamilton Home Loans has been great to work with. They provided updates and communication throughout the process. We had a difficult transaction, but they were able to get it closed and deal with any issues that came up. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are incompetent in their duties. The agents give you the problems with approval with no solutions. They ask for things they were given over and over again like they never received the papeework. They can't hit closing deadlines we closed a week late. We missed our closing due to incompetent staff who could've just recommended how to move past issues a week sooner instead of dodging us. They are supposed to work for the customer but its the other way around. We closed a week late with excuse after excuse. It was torture not an enjoyable process. Please run to a competent Lender.

  Prent is just the best at what he does. He went well above and beyond for us in our last transaction. He patiently explains options, provides clear explanations, responds to concerns, proactively responds to any challenges, and is always kind and considerate. You might save a little bit on a rate, but you get pay for. With Prent you get the best.

  They do not even deserve the one star I had to click to write this review. Worst mortgage company experience I have ever had personally. If you want to get to the day before closing after already being asked to do a 1 week delay and your loan get denied for unclear reasons that were never conveyed to you, then Hamilton Home Loans is the right lender for you. I am extremely disgusted by their lack of communication and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and do not use this poor excuse of a lender!
