  Before meeting Troy and his team, my wife and I tried to purchase a house through Open Door. That experience ended in frustration and our withdrawing our offer. In comparison, working with Troy is a breath of fresh air. Not only was the entire team very friendly and easy to get along with, they were also highly professional in their customer service. They were responsive to every question and concern. They truly worked as our advocate through the entire buying process. Troy was even present at our closing to make sure he could address any last minute issues. My wife and I highly recommend Troy and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp to anyone needing their services.   Troy was amazing to work with. He along with his team were able to get me refinanced at a better rate than I could with any major Bank that I checked with. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly and made the entire process a breeze with no hassle. Start to finish we closed in less than a month, even the actual day of closing only took me about 10 minutes overall. Highly recommend Troy and his team!

  What can I say about the Fairway team and especially Troy McNeely. The first word that comes to mind is AWESOME! Troy was always available to answer my late night calls; and was able to calm my mind with all my questions. The team was amazing and helped me stay on task to get all my paperwork in. They stayed on the phone with me to ensure I understood exactly what was needed. They made a difficult process super easy. They locked me in at a good rate right before they started to climb ensuring my loan stayed low. They made everything easy all the way up until the day of closing! Troy and his team did a phenomenal job, so good in fact Troy has become one of our family. Thank you Fairway team!

  Troy and his team were fantastic with my transaction. Things for me personally got really hairy and Troy was creative in rallying his folks to come up with a complete 180 plan to bring my loan past the finish line within 9 days.   VIP experience!! Started off as a casual phone call with Troy and 2 weeks later my house was refinanced. Troy and his team were professional and super attentive to making sure I felt like a valued customer. The application process was streamlined online and the closing only took 15 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better refinance.
