  Two bank tellers on a Friday and last day of month with low aptitude and zero drive. Hour wait seems standard here. Perfect reflection of management. This has to be the worst branch in Bank of America.

  Worst bank in the world!!! They are the biggest crooks out there and have no problem even stealing from kids. My kids accounts went into the negative because they were below the minimum balance< since when did a kids savings acct ever have that? and now they refuse to cash a check from their bank even though there is plenty of money in the acct, because its to large. Customer service is the worst and this is why I now bank with Chase and have never had a bad experience.

  Why do you always say drive-thru services when the drive-thru hasn't been open in a year????

  They set up an appointment and said to wait in car and they would call, but I never got a call good thing I didn’t wait. They also said no one was in Spanish to help with a wire transaction and while we where waiting in line a worker was speaking Spanish to these other people. They don’t even know who they’re working with and have no sense of urgency.

  The only reason why I'm giving them one star is because of the teller girls, they are always so nice to customers and taking all the customer's complains patiently. Thirty minutes of waiting on the line is ridiculous, and that's any day, any time. They have only two tellers taking the inside and drive-thru customers, some very rare times they have three, and they have a bunch of other people greeting you as you come in, ask you what you need help for, if you don't need help opening a new account or have an issue with an existing account, they tell you to keep waiting on the line for the poor two only tellers to help you. They charge fees over fees taking you money for the stupidest things. Rhey charge me a fee for depositing certain amount of cash, and another fee for getting change for my business. What's the point or the benefits of being a account holder on their institution then? One other thing, they use to have a commercial teller, so people with business accounts would not have to wait on the same line as personal's this special branch had gone really poor on service. I am seriously thinking of taking my money, business and personal to different institution since there's no other Bank of America near by

  Their ATM machine is super convenient. I'm able deposit as many business checks as I want through the ATM without having to go into the store. I think they're a big help although sometimes it takes a while and it can be awkward when people are behind you…

  Save yourself from stress and time wasted. Just go to another branch. Rudest, most arrogant and slowest ppl ever. Would not recommend to anyone

  Looking at all the 1 star reviews and generic responses by management makes me wonder how this location is even open? Time to bring in the blockchain technology and turn this Bank of America into a dollar tree.

  I came into the back with 1 problem I had to wait 1 hour to be seen and never got seen this one teller was over doing her job . I’m over I will not be back to this location again just know

  Extremely irritating. Trying to make a transaction inside, 12 people in line, 1 teller, manager just watching. Awesome! How do you not anticipate a lunch crowd on a FRIDAY??? Oh, and good luck getting out of the parking lot.
