  They made my refinance a breeze! I closed in less than 2 weeks! Got a great rate under 3%!! Martha and Tricia was wonderful and very professional. They kept in contact with me everyday as they walked me through the process!!! I recommend Atlanta Mortgage to any that look to finance a home !!!!

  I have heard many horror stories from friends in their home purchasing process. My experience with Ernie, May, and Tricia at AML was far different. Their product knowledge, work ethic and skill set was only surpassed by their customer service and sense of family. I shared some good laughs with the staff at AML. Closed on my dream home and made true friends in the process. 5 stars doesn't quite capture my experience with this cohesive team.

  Best and fastest re-fi experience ever! We had all our paperwork ready and were very responsive to their inquiries and requests. Closed in less than 2 weeks on a special program and saved 2 points on previous mortgage. These folks are top notch!!

  I worked closely with this lending team to close on our first home. We purchased a new construction single family home. Thanks to Maytha's encouragement and knowledge I was able to switch from Guaranty Mortgage (the builders lender) and use Atlanta Mortgage Lending AND keep the builder paid closing costs! By making the switch I was able to obtain a lower interest rate on the mortgage and lower closing costs. Atlanta Mortgage Lending was professional in their communications and did an amazing job at keeping my closing costs low and reasonable. I bought a home in GA from out of state due to a move related to job opportunities. Their team was able to get our mortgage approved when other lenders had trouble finding the ideal way to structure our loan based on my personal circumstances. Main reason I give 4 STARS and not 5 is because I did not receive a Closing Disclosure statement until 5 minutes before going to closing and signing all the mortgage and closing documents. This was stressful and caused some trouble the day of closing. However, their Closing Disclosure statement was accurate and came in lower than the previously provided loan estimate. However, there were a few select items I would like to have discussed prior to closing.

  What can I say BAD about this company (ABSOLUTELY NOTHING).. They have made my home buying process SEEMLESS and very PROFESSIONALLY done from start to finish.. When I tell you they walk you through each and every step of the way, it was AMAZING.. I will truly recommend "ATLANTA MORTGAGE LENDING" to everyone I know that I interested in starting the process with buying a home... May & Ernie Smith are AMAZING very friendly and just all around great personality. Tricia is very detail and very knowledgeable about the loan process and she walks with you through the whole process she is JUST AMAZING...
