  I have worked with Troy on two occasions and in both he has provided excellent service. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. When assisting me with a home refinance, he was very detailed and clear on the documents that he would need. Once he had completed his review he presented my options clearly so that I could make the best selection for my situation. He also recently assisted me with obtaining pre-approval, and again was extremely helpful and responsive, getting me everything I needed in a professional and timely manner. Given these experiences, I plan to continue working with Troy for my future mortgage needs.

  I have worked with Troy twice for both my home mortgages. He is very knowledgeable and helped my wife and I navigate the new adventure of buying our first home together when we had many questions he always had the answers and never treated us like dumb kids who didn’t know anything like a couple other lenders had. He was my first call when we went looking for our new house and if we ever move again will absolutely be using him again. Always answered the phone or email timely and I never wondered if Troy would get done what he said he would it was always done!

  I've worked with Troy three times now (buying twice, selling once) and each time he's made the financial side of buying a house feel really easy. He's accessible to clients and makes sure you understand the implications of each decision you have to make as you are buying or selling your home.
