  Couldn't be happier with my experience with Adam and Alerus in general!! Adam was GREAT to work with - has that wonderful combo of solid business skills (all the numbers, timely responses, etc) along with a quirky fun side that keeps things light and enjoyable - yes, even in the midst of doing nothing but filling out paperwork! ;) They got me a great rate (better than I could find anywhere else), all the steps were clearly defined and easy to follow, and the final product came together seamlessly (even though my other lender added some complexities at the last minute).   My experience working with Adam on a re-fi was A+. He was never impatient or annoyed when I didn’t comprehend something or when I asked the same question over and over. And early on there was some question regarding my eligibility. But Adam was confident and tenacious and ultimately it all worked out. Besides all that, Adam was very personable and he always responded promptly to any messages I left. From the outset I knew I was in good hands.
