  There aren't words to describe how good Trish and her team are. I had a seller try to back out on me when my buyer backed out. In under 3 hours Trish was able to get my loan funded. While two mortgages isn't ideal, it's better than not getting a house. She's a miracle worker and I will be forever grateful for her. Trish, you rock.

  This is the second time we have turned to Trish Reedy and crew for a refinance. From the first phone call until the closing her team was professional, efficient, and delightful to work with. They took the time to answer all questions and concerns, and proved themselves more than able to handle the few "hickups" we were faced with, making the refi as easy as could possibly be for us. They showed concern for our well-being, even helping us realize we were not as financially efficient as we thought by showing us how we were overpaying on our house insurance. Their efforts saved us over $1,000 a year. That is service beyond what we expected! Without reserve we recommend Trish Reedy, and her team.   Great customer service. Explained the re-fi process well and were very responsive to my questions. Not only did they get me through the re-fi process successfully, they identified that I was possibly overpaying for home insurance and connected me with an insurance broker who identified a lot of savings.

  I recently used Trish Reedy to refinance my home in Shawnee. I can't say enough good things about Trish and the entire experience. Despite the chaos of the pandemic she communicated with me on a regular basis, took every call I made and answered all my questions. Trish got me a great rate, better than other lenders I had contacted, and I was able to close in a timely fashion.   We recently refinanced with Trish Reedy. What an incredibly smooth process! We went through a refi a couple of years ago and it was brutal and awful and the company we worked with made it very complicated. I felt mislead and frustrated throughout. Going through this process with Trish was a completely different experience. She and her team were an absolute joy to work with. She went above and beyond to keep us in the loop throughout the process. It was smooth and took so much less time and energy than I was anticipating.   I just finished closing on my refinance and Trish and her whole team were amazing. I started the process with Wells Fargo and after they dragged their feet for over 4 months and kept losing things I found Trish thru a referral. Three and a half weeks later I have closed with a better rate and easier process. Never once was I asked to produce documentation I had previously provided. Trish was responsive to all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I will definitely be working with her in the future! I’ve already given her name to multiple people.
