  This is without a doubt one of the worst banks in the greater Westport/Plaza area. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. The $9.00 monthly service fee is the cheapest account you can get. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

  We're sorry you had a negative experience at one of our branches Akhi. Our Green Leaf Account is $7/month, but that fee is waived with a $100 average collected balance each statement cycle.   I recently lost a loved one, and I was helping his family that traveled from Japan to close his accounts. We had all the proper documentation in place as well as a translator to help us, and Barbara Simmons decided to interject herself into a transaction that did not require her assistance. She spoke to the grieving brother as though he were mentally handicapped, she said she could not trust the interpreter to interpret what she had to say, and she raised her voice to all of us. She offered us zero resolutions. Security was standing at the next desk over watching as she belittled us. She asked us to leave because there was nothing she could do for us. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

  They were very rude because I didn't bank there
